Super leckere Pasta - Edit
Das Restaurant sieht etwas unscheinbar aus, aber der erste Eindruck trübt auf jeden Fall. Wir haben uns einmal für die Gnocchi und einmal für die Fettuccine entschieden, beides mit einer Tomaten-Basilikum-Soße und komplett Vegan. Wir werden morgen nochmal hier essen.

We had pasta take-out from pasta imperiale back to our Airbnb. They have a good selection for vegetarians. The portion was okay but the pasta was pretty good and pretty good pricing too.

Imperiale Might Be A Stretch - Edit
Conceptually, this place is great, though in execution it fell well sort of what it could be. The clearly defined and labelled menu in terms of the pasta options was a real positive point, and it was good there was more than one, but the same can’t be said for the sauces as what was available was rather limiting and ultimately basic. There wasn’t anything fundamentally wrong with the dish that I had, it was all just very basic and would have benefited from some additional options or added extras. As for the salad, this too was fine, but that the best I can say about it.

Great pasta - Edit
It’s built your own pasta. As a vegan, you can choose from three different pasta shapes and get the tomato and basil sauce. They also have salads - the chickpea and artichoke one was quite good. And the pasta was delicious. The portions look small but the pasta is quite heavy and filling.

All the vegan options were really clearly labelled and they had a lot of options. Quick service and lovely food, they did serve on plastic plates/cutlery so bare in mind if that's an issue for you.

Happy Vegan Here! - Edit
This place is “build your own” type for meals. When I went in May 2023 they had 4 types of pasta clearly labeled “vegan” and the menu online listed the pasta ingredients which makes things so easy. Their pasta is made in house! You choose the pasta and then the sauce. I had the gnocchi and tomato basil sauce with the chickpea artichoke salad and it was great! There’s another salad that can easily be vegan if you ask for no cheese. The service was fast and friendly! The workers had fairly good English. This was a good find in my books!
