Vegan bobun is yummy - Edit
Grabbed a vegan bobun before getting on a train at Gare d'Austerlitz. Super fast service, and it was really yummy ! The soy meat is really nice😄(it says closed temporarily on happy cow but it's been open again since September, take away only I think)

Tastiest fake meat ever - Edit
I came here twice last year and since then I have DREAMED of eating the bobun vegan again, I kid you not.
Read moreRecently came back to fullfill my literal dreams and it's every bit as good as I remembered.
I would say that the only two vegan options are a deal breaker if the bobun wasn't everything you would ever need.
Sadly they only deliver for now, but my faith for the bobun vegan does not waver and I shall remain their most faithfull client through and through, such is the tastiness of said Bobun.
Pros: Tasty as heck, Affordable
Cons: Only delivery's

I've been to Pause bobun quite a few times now and I love this place. It's very small and the tables are closed to one another so you don't really go there for the setting. But the food is so good! There is a few vegan options but I always take the bobun. It comes with fake meat which is really flavoured and tasty. The noodles and veggies are also very good. The only vegan dessert is a tapioca cream with coconut milk and is delicious too. Prices are also quite low for Paris : 11.5€ for the bobun and 2.5€ for the dessert. 100% recommend !
Pros: Tasty food, Friendly staff, Cheap
Cons: Not a cosy place, Often crowded

Amazing vegan food! - Edit
Although not a vegan or veggie restaurant. Their small vegan menu is outstanding the Vegan BoBun Special is up there with one of the best vegan meals we’ve had (we’re a couple who travel A LOT and explore lots of vegan food everywhere we go). Best vegan Vietnamese food I’ve ever had for sure! 100% recommend and the staff are super friendly and helpful too! So good we went two nights in a row.
Read morePros: Exceptional vegan options (fee but they’re epic!), Super friendly staff, Good value for money and good size portions.
Cons: Small space (not a con - just worth considering)

Delicious! - Edit
Tiny place, full of character, and the vegan options are clearly signalled. I have been a couple of times, and both times it has been packed (if you can’t get a table, they do take away, so you could take your Vietnamese to the neighbouring Jardin des Plantes if the weather is nice). I had the green papaya salad, which was intensely flavourful and more substantial than I was expecting, and the vegan bòbún which was likewise utterly packed with fresh flavours. The food arrived quickly, and the staff were friendly and polite despite clearly being very busy. I have been recommending it wherever I go - one of my favourite spots for vegan food so far in Paris!

Good location - Edit
We were really happy to find this little restaurant with vegan options upon arriving at gare St Lazare. It's a two minute walk from there.

The staff was very friendly, I was just a bit disappointed that they were out of the veggie stew that day.

Great! Will go again! - Edit
I went to this place with an omni friend. I couldn't find the vegan menu at first so I ask the staff which was really nice and helpful. It looks like they're used to welcoming vegans. I noticed only later they have a specific blackboard where they list vegan options.
Read moreI ordered the papaya and "shitake jerky" starter and then the vegan bo bun. It was really good and filling (I am a very big eater). There were two other options I think but I can't exactly remember.
Please note that the previous comment is probably is a outdated. I paid 15.5€ for my meal and the bo bun alone is at 11€. But it was definitely worth it in my opinion.
It also looks like a small place so you might want to take a reservation if you want to be sure to eat there.
Pros: specific menu with vegan options, filling, tasty

Fantastic vegan bo bun! - Edit
This Vietnamese restaurant offers specifically a vegan bo bun and some vegan desserts. The bo bun is accompanied with vegan skewers and is really tasty. The portion size is fair and the price very low in comparison to food quality (8,5 euros for the dish). As a dessert, you can have a banana che (tapioca, coconut milk, peanut and banana) which is vegan. The owner is friendly and the location is convenient when you need to take a train at Austerlitz. I recommend this place to eat great Vietnamese food!

Bo Buuuunnnn ! - Edit
Pause Bobun has opened a few weeks ago, but it already has some vegan options for those lost in the area.
Austerlitz train station very close, so you can order a vegan bobul to take away before you hop on your train !
The restaurant also suggests a vegetable cassolette with fried tofu, and a papaya salad served with “beef jerky” styled mushrooms.
Among the sweets, I have only tried the hot banana/coconut milk and jelly cream.
