Charming Local Spot?

I was staying nextdoor, saw they advertised vegan and was curious for an evening snack, i then watched my pho get doused in mayonnaise that i meticulously removed. I’d probably go anywhere else again. But sometimes you just don’t feel like walking or want a local experience . And the pho was decent for 40vnd.
