Vegan options at hostel restaurant - Edit
Only has three dishes on the vegetarian section of the menu, all tofu dishes with rice. Asked for no fish sauce and no egg, and the waitress answered with an "I know" which made me believe they are maybe used to catering to vegetarians and vegans because the restaurant is part of a hostel. We had the stirfy vegetables with tofu and it was good. The menu also has dishes like noodles with vegetables, spaghetti with tomato sauce and fresh spring rolls which are or can probably be made vegan.
