It’s Excellent - Edit
There are actual nutritious vegetables and food worked in with comfort foods. It’s the kind of thing a lot of vegan restaurants are too lazy or untalented to do but they do it beautifully here. Plenty of outdoor seating as well.

Best thing to get here is the breakfast sandwich/ muffin!! The crunch wrap was mid my expectations were high since it was featured in diners drive ins and dives show.

First time coming to Pingala, second time way better - Edit
Old review from 2022: This review is from our first time visiting Pingala cafe at this location. Solid vegan comfort good. Cute vibes with the food truck inside. Food was delicious, but average. It could have been an off day. In 2023 we went back but to their other location and it was incredible (rated 4)! I have and will definitely come back to both locations♡

Diverse vegan menu - Edit
This is a great vegan restaurant. They serve breakfast all day and have a good selection of appetizers, burgers, breakfast, wraps, and more. Everything had good flavors and was a reasonable size. Ordering online for pickup was quick and easy!

Pingala’s second location! - Edit
I’ve loved Pingala’s for years, and it’s still my go-to when in Burlington. Recently tried their second, newer location (this one) and the decor and space is even better. All my food was a little intense with the citrus zest or something, but otherwise everything was awesome. There’s a reason Guy Fieri came here.

Traveling and stumbled across this on GrubHub. Got a Slaw Dog- best friggin carrot I’ve ever eaten! Laying here in the hotel wishing they were open so I could try the other varieties. Only complaint is the truly measly amount of chips it came with. Still 5⭐️ for flavor though, and for the whole place being entirely vegan!!

Excellent lunch - Edit
We (my father, brother and I) stopped by the Pingala Cafe for lunch today. We all had the white bean soup which was excellent - spicy but not hot. We then shared a Crunchwrap Supreme & Buddha Boi wrap, both of which were excellent. Even my non-vegan father (90) and brother were impressed. Well done
