Nice food but everything gluten free - Edit
To start with, everything is only available in gluten free version, which you obviously taste especially for the pizza.

We had the Mexican pizza and the vegan plate.
An the vegan queen as dessert.
The Mexican pizza was very good.
The vegan plate was okay but nothing special, it was like a "bowl" with different veggies and fake chicken.
The dessert however was one of the best vegan desserts I had in a restaurant so far. I would potentially come back especially for that :)
The place has quite some vegan options, however the labeling is not very clear. From the sounds of it quite some of the desserts may be vegan, however there is no labeling.
If you are looking for a place that definitely does not use any gluten this is clearly the place to be.

Nos sorprendieron los ingredientes, la textura y lo sabrosas qué estaban estas pizzas. Son contundentes pero a la vez ligeras, un acierto para los veganos y personas con intolerancias.

Many vegan options - Edit
Been to 2 locations in Madrid center and the quality of the food was excellent at both. At least 1/3 of the menu is vegan, including apps and desserts (haven’t tried the desserts yet because we were satisfied with our meals both times!). Brought carnivores with us one night and they also loved the food.
