Great cozy vegan cafe with yummy food - Edit
Lovely cozy cafe with delicious food! So many cafes have food as an afterthought but there is clearly someone who knows what they're doing in the kitchen here! We were very impressed with both the rancheros and the tortilla soup. Idk how they make the cashew cheese but it's amazing! We thought the prices for portions were quite fair, especially considering it's all made in house.
Read moreThe space is very lovely and we appreciated that they have specific tables for laptop workers and tables reserved just for diners. Everyone can be happy! There's even a kids space in the back with toys and things to play with.
Everyone on staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this place and we'll certainly be back.

Overpriced and disappointing - Edit
I was disappointed. The food was just ok, memorable primarily for how expensive it was. It’s great that there’s finally something fully vegan in insufferable Carroll Gardens, but I was hoping for something less painfully hipster.

Quality of the food is incredible. More than that, the ambiance is such that you can bring friends who are not vegan it feels like a common space with something for everyone. The breakfast options are particularly extensive. A real treat
