Restaurant belongs to the vegan hotel "Curolla".
Read moreThe restaurant is open Fri - Mon (completely closed in winter, as is the hotel). It is closed on the other days.
We ate here once.
The menu is seasonal.
It was delicious, the portions could be a bit bigger in my opinion.
I like the fact that the food is prepared without industrial sugar and the emphasis is on vegetables.

How much pleasure to enjoy a fully plant based feast in an idyllic ambience. I already had brunch twice at Plat a Plat in the past, but this time, I noticed enhanced flavours, to only then learn that there's a new cook since a while. The dishes kept changing over the course of the morning and there's a great variety of hearty and sweet options. I really liked everything I tried. On some Sundays they offer yoga before, the dates are announced on their Instagram.

A varied menu with dishes we had never tried before. Seasonal produce, beautifully prepared in ways that had us immediately thinking about how we could recreate the dishes at home!

Saucy! - Edit
I think this is a relatively new restaurant that has opened in Mallorca. It is open Friday - Monday so your opportunity to visit is relatively limited if you are here for a week. The restaurant is attached to a vegan hotel and is in beautiful surroundings. The gardens are well manicured and the terrace is lovely.

The restaurant is vegan and gluten free. It seemed at first glance that the menu was also raw but this doesn’t seem to be the case as some of the food we had was definitely cooked. We started with a tomato tartlet and leek parcels. The tomatoes were exceptional although the crust of the tartlet was very hard to bite. The leek parcels were delicious although the sauce took over a little.
For mains we had the noodle nest and filled pasta. The filled pasta was good but could have been served warm. There was a lot of sauce that drowned out the pasta. The walnut pasta was immense and the texture was great. The noodle nest was the most colourful plate of food that I have ever seen. It was fresh and I loved the addition of figs.
They also serve pizzas.
