The Answers Vary

My experiences over the years at all of the Tlaquepaque locations have been varying. The guacamole is delightful. But when asking about the refried beans and the rice, the answers have always been different. Yes, the rice is cooked in chicken broth; no, it's cooked in water. I'm left to wonder which is true. Another time I'm told that the refried beans are made with vegetable oil, not lard. The next visit, I'm told it's lard.
The salsa and the guac are delicious and if you trust that the chips aren't cross contaminated in shared oil, then there's your vegan meal.

Pros: Freshly made guacamole

Cons: Unreliable answers regarding ingredients
