Good for emergency 24hr food

I visited the Polo Bar today at 4am and ordered the vegan spicy falafel wrap. Unfortunately it was very basic, coming in a flour tortilla (rather than flatbread), along with a few supermarket-style, inauthentic falafels.

To be honest, everything tasted like it was bought in a chain supermarket. I really dislike ready-to-eat falafels, and these tasted just like it. Mushy middle with no crisp outer edges.

I might go back to try something new, but definitely not in a hurry. Might stick to McDonald's as my 24-hr go-to place.

Watch out, vegetarian options not actually vegetarian

I asked for hash browns with the vegan english breakfast, since they were listed on the vegetarian English breakfast and I couldn't think why they would be vegetarian but not vegan. After first being told they were vegan I was then told they aren't, because they're cooked in oil that meat products are cooked in. I have no idea by what logic they decided they were vegetarian but not vegan, seems to me they are neither.
The vegan english, after all that, was mediocre.

Very slow service

It took over half an hour to receive vegan English breakfast. The taste was OK, but I wouldn't return, it wasn't as enjoyable.

Surprising little place

I was in a day out in London and on the edge of starving to death when I found this place. It first, it seemed a bit impossible to me to find something to eat but I was wrong.
There a quite surprising amount of vegan options on the menu, almost everything can be made vegan at the place. I ordered GF bread with my breakfast and that was the best part: the cook came out of the kitchen to tell me that they checked the bread and their GF bread is not vegan! I was so happy that they care about their customers food choices!
The food was really good after all, will go back.

Pros: Great vegan menu, Wonderful-wonderdul staff, five star!, Relatively cheap London prices

Cons: No GF-Vegan bread

Delicious limited options

I wasn't sure what to expect from a menu that's prominently meat and traditional English breakfasts but I ordered their vegan club and it was delicious.

Independent, super fresh and tasty with quality coffee (oat milk).
This place is perfect for a quick casual lunch.

Pros: Fresh, Independent, Good service

Cons: Limited vegan options
