Sono stata da Poranki per una colazione e ho assaggiato sia la versione dolce che salata: ho ordinato cappuccino d'avena, una cheesecake al pistacchio (oltre a questa c'erano la torta alle carote e una torta con noccioline ma anche i waffle!) e di salato pane tostato con crema di carote arrostite con miso e Aglio, cipolla rossa, burro d'arachidi e semi tostati. Non so dirvi cosa ho preferito perché ho adorato entrambe! Il posto è moderno e accogliente e il personale molto gentile. C'è sempre molta gente, ma vale la pena aspettare!

Poranki is the place to be in Kraków right now. I arrived early enough to grab a seat, but by the time I left, the queue was spilling out the door. On my way out, I could see plenty of beautiful people on Google Maps making their way here for breakfast — this spot definitely draws a crowd.

Both felt a bit more like lunch dishes, but I went for the toast — a mix of mashed carrot and miso with leafy greens, seeds, and a drizzle of basil oil. Limited options or not, it was delicious — packed with flavour and super fresh vibes.
If you’re planning a visit, come before 9. Get your makeup on, suck in your cheeks, and get ready to post on socials. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’ll be in heaven here.

My partner and I were waiting outside in the queue and it was slightly raining, a lovely hostess gave everyone waiting an umbrella which was very much appreciated.
