Awesome Restaurant - Edit
Food was great. They have a large parking lot. It’s a good size restaurant with a fireplace makes you feel very comfortable. There is an entrance to a walking trail right off the side of the parking lot. I live in Connecticut and took a special trip just to try out this restaurant, I will be returning it is worth the ride.

Some of the best vegan food I've ever found. Made in house, creative and interesting dishes, classics, great salads, super fresh. Their made to go options are awesome. The juices are excellent. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Cafe-style if you want to dine in. Pretty large space, but you can still find a cozy spot to sit, otherwise the large windows make the atmosphere nice and open.

Have had their bean burger Tried tex-mexdstyle with sweet potato fries before. Great dish.
Super and filling Almond joy shake.
Pretty spacious in door dining area. Only saw one masked patron.
No room for dessert.
Do want to try their pizzas but will be awhile since I journeyed from CA.

My girlfriend and I have come here twice on our way home from weekend trips and WOW, is it worth it! Delectable smoothies, flavorful savory dishes, and lavish desserts. And holy heck, I have never been inside such an enormous vegan restaurant! The fact that this place is able to exist- and be super busy both times we stopped by- is genuinely heartwarming.

They DO have stacks of takeout containers next to the water glass self service area. If we find ourselves here again, I will try to summon the willpower to pack up half my meal before getting started so I don’t hurt myself 🫠

1st time here. Impressed by the outside of the building as much as I was by the inside. Plenty of parking available. Outdoor and indoor seating available. Great atmosphere. Love the set up. The food part, the juice bar, the pizza oven, dessert section, soup, and the food market. So many items to choose from in one location.
Read moreI started with Wood-Fired garlic knots. It comes with 4 nice size garlic knots. Crispy, hot, and tasty. I prefer more garlic but I know not everyone has that same taste. The guy working there suggested I try the pepperoni pizza but after seeing the Buffalo chicken pizza, I couldn’t pass that up. It was so very delicious. Would love to get it again. I would have preferred it a little more crispy but then you are walking the line of possibly burning it.
Moved onto the southern comfort bowl. Good portion size. Nice combination of a variety of foods. Everything in this bowl was delicious, including the soy drumsticks (watch out for the skewer - ouch).
I had the strawberry Mango Banana smoothie - win!
I ordered the strawberry rhubarb pie - amazing.
Also had to try their chocolate chip cookie. It was soft and wonderful.
I am very much looking forward to coming back here. I plan on not eating all day to make room for all the food I will order next time.
If I lived closer, I know this would be my go to spot for the market also. More variety than my local superfood store.
In my opinion … you nailed it. You should consider expanding and making another location that caters to fine dining vegan style. Definitely a hole in the market for a romantic fine dining vegan restaurant and I think you are capable of pulling that off.
Update November 2022:
Back in town and had to stop here. It was busy. I ordered their chimichurri burger (beyond) and roasted Yukon potatoes. Good portion size for the burger and the side. Good flavor on the burger. I would definitely get it again. Side of potatoes were good but I will try sweet potato next time. Also ordered their pepperoni pizza. Disappointed in what it looked like and also how it tasted. I LOVED their Buffalo Chicken pizza last time I was here so it was a big let down with this one. I also ordered their vida bowl. Good portion size and tasty. I would repeat this bowl again. Looking forward to coming back.

Very spacious place with cool store item area. We were visiting the Emily Dickinson House, and this was not too far away. We had to have some pizza, and their is incredible, 2 sizes also! We always take food home. Love their open set-up for water and takeout boxes. Variety of seating areas, inside and out. Super friendly service. And OMG if you see the cream of veggie soup, it is like chowder and one of the best soups I have ever had in my life. I brought some back for my mother-in-law, and she went right for it and wanted more, lol. Their cold-pressed juices are a treat too. Tons of parking. Closed on Saturdays. My only very minor gripe is that if I get a salad (like the delicious Caesar), I prefer a bigger bowl so I can mix in the salad dressing and cut it up a bit without it falling out of the dish.

A Real Vegan Gem In New England - Edit
I was visiting New England and just happened to pass Pulse Cafe on my way through Hadley towards the Montague Book Mill (also a wonderfully quaint place to see if you like bookstores). What a great spot. Not only is it a terrific vegan restaurant, but there is a great little market in the restaurant that is perfect for picking up vegan snacks if you're road tripping through New England. I had a great soul bowl with drumsticks and the best pecan pie bar ever. My only regret is that I didn't try one of their pizzas. Highly recommend this place, it's a real gem.

Pulse cafe is heaven! What an incredible space. TONS of seating options- inside next to the fireplace, outside overlooking the area's natural beauty. The market section is fully stocked with every vegan item you've ever dreamed of, including some housemade goods for sale. The food is delicious! We visited for Sunday brunch and enjoyed chaga chai lattes, smoothies, breakfast burritos, blueberry pancakes, and chicken and waffles. I will be dreaming of that cashew gravy... wish they sold it! Ate too fast to take any pictures! I hope we make it back one day to try burgers, bowls, and pizza- the wood fired pizza oven was so cool to watch. Important to note: they do not offer traditional coffee- non-caffeinated barley coffee only. Fun to try something different though!

This place was a tiny bit pricey but the vibe is great. I ordered the avocado toast (good but nothing special) and an açaí smoothie (soooo delicious, with a very distinct coconut flavor). I also sampled my friend’s breakfast wrap, which I’d definitely consider getting next time. The atmosphere inside the semi-rustic-themed building is cool.

The food is amazing and the people are super friendly. The atmosphere is so laid back and welcoming. Oh, and did I mention the food is amazing? Going into a restaurant where we can choose anything on the menu is such a huge gift. We live over an hour away yet seem to find the time to visit almost weekly. The best - bar none!

I eat here at least once every week, sometimes twice. Comfort foods like pre-vegan days. Love the southern comfort bowl, burgers, and pizza (crust is better than most carnivorous places). Breakfast on Sunday is fantastic--great pancakes and waffles. Desserts and treats are also excellent; I often add some impulse cookies when grabbing takeout.
