One of a few outlets in Thailand, this vegan restaurant opened in 2017 in Sri Thanu, re-located here in March '20. Serves a large range of meals plus desserts, coffee, and drinks. Example of food include rice paper salad rolls, banana pancakes, nachos, quesadilla, burrito, mushroom larb, burger and potato wedges. May build-your-own salad as well. Open Mon-Sat 10:30am-9:00pm. Closed Sun. Last orders 8.30pm

Vegan Paradise - Edit
While on the island, I had to make sure to eat at the Pure Vegan Heaven at least once a day because I got addicted to their food. Super tasty, great choice and I had the best gnocchi of my life there (sweet potato gnocchi). The location is beautiful and the staff is incredibly friendly.

Where do I start? Absolutely delicious food and the fact it's all vegan is great because a lot of other places aren't 100% when offering vegetarian options too.
Read moreThe food is fresh, well presented and sooo good. We had the Mexican vegan bowl, spring rolls, banana fritters and raw avocado chocolate mousse - couldn't fault a thing and some of the best food we've had on this island yet.
Must mention also their smoothies are astounding - had their mango and passion fruit smoothie and it's hands down one of the best I've ever had.
The atmosphere is chill, staff are really friendly and the general aesthetic of this place is natural and peaceful - we even had a toad happily hopping about the outside seating area.
You spend a little more than some places, but you really get what you pay for here. We'll certainly be back and it's not somewhere you want to miss out on when visiting the island!

One of the best vegan meals on Koh Phangan - Edit
The staff are smiley and the food is delicious, I got the breakfast burrito (at 12.30pm) and it was so filling. Came with a decent amount of salad as well. I got an iced coffee which was also a good size - would’ve been perfect with bamboo or metal straws! The prices are mostly between 150-200 baht but you really do get your moneys worth :)

Best falafel I've ever had! - Edit
I had the falafel bowl and I honestly never had such tasty falafel before - ever! The sauces and dressings were delicious and the whole bowl filled me up quite good and it was just awesome. I also had the juice with berries and açaí and it was big and tasty. I can absolutely recommend this place, the staff was really friendly as well!

Had an awesome breakfast here - Thai coffee, breakfast set and bowl, and then pancakes with coconut ice cream. Tempeh and mushroom mix was delicious. All fresh and tasty. Nice dressings. Definitely delicious and well worth the money. Easily one of the best vegan breakfasts I've had world over.

I have already been there 3 times. They have excellent healthy organic/local food and juices/smoothies and everything is fresh and so tasty. There are many options to try on the menu, and so far I have tried the summer rolls ( I love summer rolls and get them whenever I can and these babies are in my top 2), Mexican bowl ( this bowl is sooo tasty and the portion size is great because by itself it will fill you up or two people could share this and summer rolls and be good), mushroom larb ( if you love flavor and mushrooms this is your dish- it’s my new favorite), breakfast burrito ( you can’t go wrong with this one), and the turmeric lemonade ( fresh organic and so so healthy for you).

The garden ambience was inviting but disappointed with the food and service. I ordered the curry fried rice for 120ish bht, not bad but a bit dry, and the price was too high for what I got. Service was warm & friendly but difficult to get attention, had to keep going up to the kitchen to order or ask a question ehich became frustrating.

Place looks lovely, with a garden setting. Service however, leaves a lot to be desired. I had to go to the cashier twice, to take menu and to order, cos noone showed up for 15 minutes. The staff was checking their phones and restaurant was empty. I had mexican bowl and it was very good, fresh and flavorful. Papaya salad was just ok, like something was missing- and that’s actually my feeling of the whole place... Maybe it’s just that they’re new. Prices were too high for what you are getting- both in terms of taste and portion size.

Pure Vegan Heaven is a wonderful place! Me and my boyfriend really loved the heart-touching boards at the trees with words like "acceptance", "love", "happiness" and so on.

Read moreWe both got a welcoming drink which was very nice (I believe it was a turmeric ginger shot). My boyfriend got the Mexican bowl and I got a salad with ranch dressing and extra tempeh. Both dishes were great! The ranch dressing was amazing and I loved that I got more veggies such as broccoli and carrots instead of a bunch of lettuce. They were a bit skimpy on the additional tempeh though (30 baht for 2 small strips).
Will definitely return if I can!
