Lovely place for takeaways and pastries - Edit
I had something like borek, it reminded me of a Romanian pastry I used to have when I was little.

Walked past it so many times...if only - Edit
I liked the fact that we couldn't speak the same language ...we found a way to talk. I'm gluten free, plant based. It was amazing. Almond flour pastries. Vegan lunch of the day..So charming and fresh quality. It's now marked as a must go for my future trips!!

I think she fantastic. Foods delicious!!
Last point - if the locals come for the lunch from the surrounding businesses you know it's quality and good value.
Pros: Gluten free, Plant based food, Freshly made, we literally watched her cook!

Mixed feelings - Edit
The shop owner was very nice, although we didn't have a shared language. We had khatchapuris, smoothie and a cream roll for breakfast. Although the website and social media channels claim the khatchapuris are vegan, we have a really hard time believing it true. It really tasted and the texture was very much like cow milk cheese. The pastries didn't have markings whether they were vegan or not, and as we didn't share a language it was difficult to be sure. So be careful when ordering! Also there was only one smoothie option available that day, and it wasn't the best flavor combination in our opinion. The cafe was small and the place was very cute, so we would have wanted to like it more, but unfortunately it didn't convince us. Maybe the lunch options are a safer choice when visiting here?

Sympathetic and cozy breakfast place - Edit
Sweet lady keeping the place, who was kind. Communication a bit difficult since her poor English but we managed. We had soft and flavourful porridge with hearty jam, yummy hatsapuris, rhubarb & cherry pie and almond pastry with coconut milk coffee. Everything except almond pastry was super delicious. Almond pastry was a bit dry to our taste. would have been nice if there was some background music…😄

Purée has a lot of vegan options depending on the day, and I've never been deceived by any of their vegan pastries. As a huge plus, the staff is absolutely lovely and helpful!

Found this little gem by accident and I'm so glad we did. Spicy sweet potato soup and a sandwich was wonderful. Tea and cake followed, truly gorgeous. Small place but big personality.

A small place, with a lovely ambiance. Friendly and smiling staff. I had a lentil soup that was bursting with flavour! The close quarters inside are conducive to chatting with others. I recommend this place.

Lovely little place - Edit
We went here for breakfast and will probably return for lunch as the food (porridge and lentil salad) were very good and today's lunch will be a beetroot risotto by which we are very intrigued.
Read moreThe staff are lovely and we had a nice little chat. They told us that they constantly try to introduce more and more vegan products, which is always nice to hear.
