Delicous Sushi Restaurant - Edit
This restaurant offers a great choice of vegan meals like Sushi, appetizers and one udon dish. I had the Udon noodles with fresh and crispy asparagus and okras and it was really good! Also the price is fair enough for swiss standards.

I am amazed that this place is not more popular. Large menu with clear labels for vegan and veg options. Options for vegan full and half rolls, inari, wakame, tempura, etc. Really good pricing -- especially for Zurich! Also super cute decor inside and friendly waitstaff.

No vegan lunch special but large vegan combo - Edit
Sadly there was no vegan option among the (cheaper) lunch options but you can order the vegan combo menu which for 30 franks gives you a large portion. Didn't know tempura sushi before - crunchy sushi is quite the experience. Recommended.
