The idea behind the restaurant is that almost everything is smoked, toasted or gets burnt, and boy it does wonders to the food.

Quincho does a great job of using quality ingredients, celebrating them with the right seasonings and flavors and creates new vegan and vegetarian dishes rather than mimicking meat dishes and replacing with plants. Everything was delicious. I would happily eat here everyday!
