My boyfriend (non-vegan) and I (vegan) ate a burger each. We had the Joy burger and Crispy burger and they were soooo good. My boyfriend rated the crispy burger the best vegan burger he had ever tasted - and if was definitely not the first. I was also so happy with the Joy burger. I would recommend this to anyone! Super nice staff as well 🥳

Read moreThe first time I went, the staff was not too welcoming and almost charged me the wrong price (they added the wolt, uber eats etc uppricing even though I ordered in person), but the food was good in both quantity and quality.
The second time I came, excited for another vegan meal and to use the free appetiser I had won last time. I came in one hour before they were supposed to close, but the staff that was sitting outside told me that... they had closed?? Apparently no one came the whole evening so they closed their kitchen early. I understand why you would do that, but if you then end up getting clients ONE HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TIME you like, idk, reopen it? Opening hours exist for a reason, wtf

For £19, this was a good portion (considering it's in Luxembourg). The salad dressing was good. I loved that the salad had corn. The burger was pretty good, as were the fries. I had the truffle sauce side.

Charming upstairs space, delicious burgers & food, and very friendly staff. It was exactly what we were looking for after a long day hiking. I got the crispy chicken one and recommend it! I must say, the truffle aioli I chose for my fries was also DELICIOUS. If I ever return, I would try their truffle sauce burger! We ended the night with a nice lava cake.

Reed is a small all vegan restaurant with table service. The entrance and kitchen are on the ground floor, with a small upstairs where there are seats. It might be worth booking a table using their website as there is limited seating (perhaps 8-10 tables). The menu is varied but largely revolves around burgers as the staple. We had the crispy (fake chicken) and bahn mi (tofu) burger meals. Both were very good. Staff were kind and allowed us to customise burgers to remove items and even replace a sauce due to our preferences.

The eat-in space at the first floor is rather cozy and spacious, but just in case I'd suggest booking a table in advance.
Would certainly come back if I'm in Luxembourg again!

I had a traditional Luxembourg dish (don't remember what it was called) - which I didn't love but it was nice enough for me to finish - and a nata as a dessert - which was quite good!! (And I'm Portuguese so I like to think I can judge good Natas). Very nice place and friendly staff. Definitely a great vegan option to have in the center!
