Best vegan fine dining in Leicester - Edit
We had a fully vegan blind 5 course taster menu with a bottle of wine between two. Each course was innovative and very tasty. I particularly loved the carrot with the beurre blanc sauce was exceptional, lick the plate kind of good. Very affordable for 5 courses, I would definitely recommend to any veggies/vegans in the area looking for a fancy night out. The staff were great too, seemed very young and up and coming and clearly passionate about what they do.

Can't wait to go again. They went above and beyond for my birthday. Every dish was explained to us and my non vegan family even preferred my dishes more!

Incredible food, slow service - Edit
Restaurant has a separate vegan menu (seasonal) either 6 courses or 8 courses at a very reasonable price of either £38 or £45pp. Can also add wine pairings for an additional cost. The food was incredible with great flavours which we really enjoyed, the chefs brought down some of the courses and explained these to you. We went with the 6 courses which was definitely the right idea as service was very slow (we were there for 2.5hours).
Read moreWe asked a few questions about wine pairings to vegan menu not being vegan, and flavours of food but the staff never got back to us with answers. Wines also came out at random times rather than paired with the food and one wine didn’t arrive. Personally think the issue was floor staff appeared not to have dedicated tables to work so felt a bit disjointed.
There is potential for this place to be incredible in line with the food, interior is very lacking attention to detail and staff need to offer a little TLC. Food VS everything else about this place is very jarring.
That being said, would 100% recommend given the price and benefit of the doubt that perhaps they were understaffed.

Eight course vegan tasting menu for a bargain price of £38. Beautifully presented with inventive dishes. The meat tasting menu is actually 7 vegan/vegetarian dishes with one meat, so the menu is largely veggie. Staff were lovely.
