Great place - Edit
I really enjoyed my meal from here, definitely one of the go-to vegan spots in Vientiane, it was a bit expensive though for what you get, not the matter but don’t come here anticipating hole-in-the-wall prices. The wontons were great!

Lovely vegan restaurant - Edit
Huge range of pan-Asian as well as some pasta dishes many of which are fake meat based. There will be something to suit everyone. Reasonably priced at about 80 - 90000 kip for a dish including rice/noodles. I asked for mine spicy and it was very spicy so beware if you do the same. Worth a visit.

Family run vegan cafe - Edit
Small cafe serving a large range of dishes including several faux meat/fish options. They offer complementary water too. Portions are very generous and inexpensive. Cash only. Staff are very friendly and service very quick.

Tasty food and quick service - Edit
They have a very extensive menu, all vegan, and the food is good. We ate there 4 times during the 2 day stay in Vientiane. The papaya salad was very authentic and nice, just a bit spicy for us. Pretty much everything we tried was good and came really quick — which is impressive because the food tasted fresh, didn’t seem like precooked.
Read moreThe service was also very nice, lots of smiles even though their English was very limited. The menu has English and pictures though.
Pros: Food tasted good and fresh, Quick service , Extensive menu

Incredible Choice! - Edit
Really nice place, with a huge menu. Tasty dishes, although the tofu is some of the worst I’ve had in SEA. ‘Duck’ was very good. Mango and pineapple smoothies were excellent! Price was fair enough, but exchange rate from USD is rubbish. Pay with Kip if possible, no card machine.

So good - Edit
Very friendly service and kind staff! I got teriyaki pork bc I read a lot of good feedback here but I think noodles would be better. Fresh orange juice was so good and my family enjoyed coffee, they’re picky with it

Great little find - Edit
Very traditional food and all vegan. There are 70 options on the menu so something for everyone.

Staff were really friendly. There were some vegan food for sale as well, very handy to learn what products in Laos we can safely pick up in the shops.

Sabaidee! 😊 - Edit
Sabaidee, greetings from our neighboring country, Indonesia! 🇮🇩
Read moreI popped into this restaurant for breakfast. On my first visit, I ordered the Noodle with Crispy Pork Belly. With lightning-fast preparation, a large bowl of noodles appeared on my table in less than 10 minutes.
Overall, the dish was delicious. The aroma was enticing, and the taste really satisfied my palate. The fresh ingredients they used made the dish even more enjoyable. White noodles in a vegetable broth, topped with crispy soy protein they likened to crispy pork belly, provided a special sensation to this dish. Not to mention the kale and basil leaves mixed in, making me want to devour a full bowl of these noodles in an instant.
Then I tried some sort of soy protein skewers. Dipped in a spicy sauce, these skewers were a very impressive way to end my morning breakfast.
There are plenty of other menu options here, and they all seem worth a try. I'll definitely come back again later.
In short, this place is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for vegan dishes in Vientiane Capital.
All the best to Vegan Reunion Cafe.

Delicious and friendly! - Edit
Really nice restaurant with air con and friendly faces to welcome you. It was also quite busy when I went for dinner which is a good sign. I had the “pork belly” in peanut satay sauce and how they made the “pork” taste so life like I don’t know. I ordered it with plain rice and a mixed smoothie that was equally delicious. Thank you!

Decent enough - Edit
Fully vegan, with lots of options and the mango smoothie was delicious. However, the papaya salad looked and felt like ingredients weren’t very fresh and the flavour was average. The pork and rice plate was nice, but again pretty average.

Ok food comes fast - Edit
Large menu, about 10 pages long. Plenty of mock meats, food came out within 2-3 minutes, even before the drinks. Sent my rice back at first as it was still cold (mustn’t have been reheated)

The place is close to the centre, but in the quiet corner😊 Everyone was super friendly and smiling all the time!
Read moreI had temphe 3 flavours and took portion of steamed rice to go with it.
I was so happy to see temphe (haven't seen it before in Laos)!
I really enjoyed the tasty of temphe itself! Just the souce was not my combination of flavours and too spicy - but that's subjective😉
Nevertheless I rated just 4 stars, as I think I had the worst steamed rice since I am travelling in Asia - I thought you cannot get bad one on this continent😅. It was overcooked and cold unfortunately🙁

Good Lao menu - Edit
Small place tucked in a side alley. I’ve eaten there 3 times this past week and the experience is a little inconsistent. Overall the food is very good, sometimes it feels like it’s been reheated. A little pricey for what it is, but you can easily have a complete vegan meal under $5 per person. I have one last day in Vientiane and will definitely go back there for one more meal. Haven’t seen the owner, but the young ladies running the kitchen are super friendly and accommodating. #Veganuary

Microwave lunch - Edit
The service is fast because all dishes are prepared in the microwave. A 100% vegan restaurant using soya protein as a substitute for meat but very bad qualità of the ingredients. From the price list you can see that the prices have increased by 50%, in that area it is not that cheap. People are really nice but the food not. Definitely I do not recommend it!!!

Fresh spring rolls were delicious, pad thai was good, tempeh 3 flavors wasn’t crunchy enough because it was in some kind of broth.
