Wonderful outdoor casual vegan food - Edit
This place was great! This was our first and last food stop in Athens. Friendly staff, loved the pita bread, and food was delicious. We had the white sangria, too, which was a bit too sweet but still lovely.

We had the mushroom Pitta and the Lamachun which were really delicious! Also the lemonade was yummie!The staff was also super friendly and the prices totally reasonable! Liked the place a lot.

Came across Vegan Beat unexpectedly while walking past. Went in for lunch the next day and loved it. I had the Greek Mushroom Gyro and the Greek Salad. My wife had the Beetroot & Chickpea Burger. She tried a little of my Greek Salad and loved it so much she ordered her own. And speaking of the Greek Salad, the vegan feta cheese on it is amazing.

All the traditional Greek food you could want but vegan!! I had the most beautiful mushroom gyros and Greek salad with cheese. Honestly don’t want to go anywhere else now for the rest of my trip!! Also staff were so friendly and helpful all with smiles on their faces.

Had the mushroom gyros and they were delicious!! Also tried the house made lemonade and tzatziki which were both incredible too. A little hard to find, it’s tucked away and on the second level. Look for signs and look UP to find it!

A small place that's a bit hard to find, but well worth the effort. There are 3-4 salad choices, 4-5 main dishes (some served with a salad), 2-3 desserts and soft drinks including a tasty health juice. Food style is a variation on Greek dishes. Dishes are prepared on the spot so everything is fresh and crispy, and are of decent size. Flavors are excellent, even surprisingly so considering the size of the place. Staff is warm, friendly and helpful. To top it off, prices are cheaper than comparable dishes in non-vegan restaurants.

Vegan Beat has the best vegan souflaki i had in Athens snd they also have a great Greek salad with vegan feta. The only downside are the limited seating options, it tends to get a bit crowded during the day. Anyways, the souvlaki was so good I would even eat there while sitting on the floor if I had to 😅
