Wir waren sehr positive überrascht als wir die Karte gesehen haben. Die Hälfte der Speisen sind vegan und fantastisch zubereitet.Gebratene und karamelisierte Rosenkohl als Vorspeise war ein Traum. Der Hippie Burger war liebevoll zubereitet und schmeckte sehr gut.

Fantastic vegan options - Edit
Get the Southwest Polenta Bowl. It’s the best tasting vegan tamale like meal you’ve ever had. Start with the sweet & spicy Brussels sprouts without the bacon. Lots of food. Drinks and atmosphere are great too. Definitely worth stopping for.

When Peekaboo Woodfired Kitchen is closed, this place is an option. You can get a vegan burger, a portobello burger, and some salad options. It’s ok, but not great.

Rude hostess - Edit
Hostess was incredibly rude when we asked for a table for four. She couldn’t even suggest an alternative restaurant because she “had to seat a table of 8.” There was no one else around the hostess stand. The restaurant’s posted hours indicated they were open for another hour and there were empty tables. I’ll never know if the food was as good as some other reviews claimed.

Part way between the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon's Kanab Utah. Although not 100% vegan, they do cater to vegans. We each had the COCONUT THAI CURRY - a bit salty, but otherwise very good. And for dessert we had there “I CAN’T BELIEVE IT’S VEGAN” CHOCOLATE MOUSSE; it was very good. Great place to stop for a good meal.

After a long day hiking, we really wanted a nice sit-down meal. The restaurant offers a nice amount of vegan options. Should have ordered the curry, but was too hungry to pick anything other than the Happy Hippie burger. It was delicious! Although a bit pricey, 18$ tax.
Read moreIf you are ever in town and looking for great vegan offers, highly recommend going to the Angel Village Cafe instead, which is attached to a huge animal sanctuary and offers a vegan buffet for 5 dollars, but only ay lunchtime (11:30 - 13:00). If you can't make it, this is the second best option in Kanab. Especially if you have non-vegan people in your travel group

I had the Coconut Thai Curry and it was fantastic. The menu doesn’t list it as vegan, but the waitress confirmed that it is a typo and it is vegan. There were lots of other vegan options that I wish I could have tried.

We ate two appetizers- the hummus and the Brussels Sprouts (without bacon of course) both were great. We finished it off with the chocolate mousse for dessert. Highly recommend.

The vegan options at Rocking V are pretty good. My cousin had the happy hippie polenta bowl and I had the vegan burger. We also tried the hummus which was honestly the best part of the whole meal. The restaurant has a ton of vegan and vegetarian options for a small town like Kanab though.

Weather was perfect for sitting outside while we were there from mid Oct- mid Nov. Sadly, every time we tried to eat there the patio was closed to patrons without dogs. We never ate there, because we wanted to dine outside.

They have a few vegan options and the staff were SO friendly when I went with my dog and boyfriend. When they found out I was vegan, they recommended us other options. The food was really good!

My food was so delicious! I had their curry with tofu and WOW - amazing! A little spicy, but not too much. The owner was so friendly and the vibes of the restaurant were super fun😄Everything vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan on the menu is clearly labeled!

Lots of different options that are clearly marked on the menu. Only a couple are both gluten free AND vegan, but many more are solely vegan or vegetarian. So many options for a party with many different diets. Oh- and it’s delicious too!

Disappointed with the vegan options, tend to be oily and salty, not fresh tasting. Also the prices are high. The best deal and best taste is just a garden salad with vinegar and oil. Otherwise the dressing is all salt, oil and sugar.
