Not ALL can be made vegan

I was so enthusiastic when I read that everything could be made vegan. But don't be fooled by that. When I asked for vegan options, I got an allergen menu and most dishes come standard with egg or fish. Even those that can be ordered with veggies or tofu. We played it safe and got the only thing actually marked "veggie" on the menu and that had nothing but "grains" as allergen. But even then, there was still an egg on top of it when we ordered it 🤦‍♀️
The one dish they had was ok, but nothing amazing.

Cons: Almost nothing is actually vegan
