Many delicious options - Edit
Many menu options can be made vegan, including the daily menu. I went for the daily menu M1 consisting of a dish of rice, vegetables and tofu. The soup which comes with the daily deal was unfortunately a beef soup, so they easily accommodated with a salad instead. Would recommend!

Read moreI had the Mi Rau Cai, a vegetable soup with tofu and noodles. It's ordinarily vegetarian but they offer a vegan version. The soup was very mild, oniony and salty. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the vegetables too. Tender and yet crunchy bok choi, broccoli and carrot. This soup was nothing fancy nor a flavour explosion, but just a mild vegetable noodle soup. And that it did extremely well. Oh and the tofu was really good and spongy and soaked up the soup 😋 Decent place to go if you're with omnis wanting some pho (like I was)
Also, we arrived 15 minutes before the kitchen closed, but the waiter still let us in and let us order quickly. Food arrived quick too. Superb service. 💯
