La presentación excelente, pero para ser plato principal el sabor no estaba muy logrado y la cantidad dejaba mucho que desear. Eso sí, el pastel insuperable, y un yogur delicioso también. No iría a comer, pero sí a pasar una tarde y probar otros dulces.

In salou there is limited options for healthy clean quality food, this place is a gem 💎 the staff are lovely, the design, decor and vibes are just homie, warm and great music. The food is priced very fairly, the dishes are a mix everything but with a healthy spin and the desserts 🧁 are divine. If you go to Salou and feel like brunch, date night or just vibe alone with a coffee on the terrace I truly recommend this place 🙏💗🪷🧘🏽♀️

Really enjoyed our time here . Beautiful place , friendly staff . However if you need to avoid soy as far as I could see you have one option , the one I had the vegan puppy . Everyone was happy , you couldn't not be happy here , so relaxed ! The kids had a burger , a salad and a vegan puppy like me . Modest portions . Glad to have found sama sama 💙

My partner had the Banzaí smoothie and the sama pancakes. Both were delicious! We then got a chai latte and spiced latte and a carrot cake!
Very reasonably priced as well!

We only had breakfast there but stuffed us for the rest of the day as it was so affordable,tasty and special we ordered a lot of different Things such aus hummus toast, cashew cheese toast, filled galette, bolognesa eggs (can be ordered without eggs and is vegan), homemade "nutella" pancakes, peanutbutter-banana pancakes, carrot cake, muffins,.. a lot of different fresh juices,smoothies and shakes are also offered. Everything is clearly labeled and most of the menue vegan (or can be made vegan, too).

My falafel wrap was served with a delicious corn on the cob and vegan tartare sauce. The Freedam lemon zero alcohol beer was stupendous! Nice decor, decent music. The carrot cake went down well for desert.

Had the oreo smoothie bowl and the Blue diamond juice. My friend had the huevos rancheros which although not vegan had a great spread of healthy stuff like mushrooms, onion, guacamole, vegan chicken and Bolognese. The venue is tucked away on a side street away from the busy Main Street which is nice. Decor amazing, proper beach vibes - if only it was actually on the beach! Recommend 100% if you’re in Salou .

Almost all vegan. Really nice presentation and good atmosphere with chill music. Fresh cut fries. The spicy burger is not actually spicy, but definitely tasty! The tapas are nice to share! The cheese lovers and croquettes were our favourites and the cheesecake is to die for!

El Sama Sama és un restaurant vegetarià acollidor i tranquil amb una oferta vegana àmplia i deliciosa. Vam anar-hi amb un grup d'amics vegans (Tarraco Vegan a Instagram) i vam compartir uns natxos i uns 'tequeños', després cadascú es va demanar el seu plat principal i postres. Entre el que vam demanar hi havia burritos de falafel, burritos d'Heüra, hamburgueses, entrepans de jackfruit, tacos, etc. De postres la majoria vam demanar un carrot cake que també ens va agradar molt, és notava casolà. Vam sortir rodolant i el preu estava més que bé!😉

As two vegans we were worried about eating in Salou, so we were thrilled to find this place! Amazing menu, with plenty of options which seem to be customisable in most cases and at really reasonable prices. The only downside is that we didn’t find it sooner, however as a somewhat frequent visitor to the area I’ll be back for sure!

Downside: the menu is confusingly labeled. Some dishes don’t have the vegan logo even though they are suppose to be vegan.
