an inexpensive experience - Edit
we visited Sancho Tacos for an early dinner and got chips with guac and their caliente salsa, and the sweet potato and impossible tacos. the corn chips were fresh but see-through thin. our server was kind and attentive.
Read moreunfortunately when our guac came out there was cheese on top, which our server apologized for and said had been brought up in their staff meetings before as something they should stop doing and said she'd fix it for us but we still had to pick tiny bits of cojita out before we dug in. we mentioned we were vegan when we arrived but the connection must have been lost - still wild if true that they've discussed not surprising people with an allergen undisclosed on the menu and decided to continue doing it. when got through about half of the guacamole we realized there was a handful of lettuce shreds at the bottom of the bowl too, I assume to cut costs, maybe because it was happy hour pricing, but the long shreds made it difficult to continue eating with chips and was something that could have been avoided by just serving a smaller portion. it felt like they were trying to pull the wool over our eyes between scraping the cheese off and serving it to us again and also having a third of the guac be lettuce.
the tacos were fine but both were underseasoned, the sweet potato tacos moreso than the impossible ones. we got a side of the cashew chipotle sauce which helped a little but was still pretty one-note. the sweet potato pieces tasted only mostly cooked throughout but they were also the only component with any discernable flavor. the impossible taco was more seasoned but still pretty bland, and was kinda like eating mouthfuls of damp ground 'beef' with too-big cabbage shreds.
it wasn't the worst, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this establishment.
Pros: more than one vegan taco option, price
Cons: cheese served on top of the guac, lettuce served at the bottom of the guac, both vegan taco options lacking in seasoning

Delicious and inexpensive - Edit
Seems to be the cheapest place by far to get a meal around here, but everything is truly delicious. Sweet potato taco & impossible taco both become vegan with one removal apiece (aioli and cheese respectively). Chips 3 salsas were generously portioned, all the salsas were great (house salsa and the cashew chipotle in particular are fantastic). Fast service. Would happily return here

Sweet potato tacos! - Edit
Ate here twice. Loved their sweet potato tacos. If you want to go to Broken Compass Brewery, can order food and they will text when ready. Brewery allows outside food.
Read morePros: Flavorful vegan options
Cons: No to go silverware- might be a fluke
