Almost perfect :) - Edit
I had a lovely experience there, this place is not (yet) super known in Madrid so when I went there it wasn't crowded at all. There's some seating space inside and I was able to enjoy my coffee and green toast. The only downside is that their collagen is not vegan (their concept is also around collagen etc). But anyway, it's a good option since this part of Madrid clearly lacks vegan options, it's actually concerning xD
