Limited Vegan Options At This Chain…. - Edit
It's not the easiest in Lisboa to find early-morning breakfasts, as everything seems to open much later here. That said, we found Seventh Brunch on Yelp!, and it was just a hop-skip away from our apartment, so off we went! I didn't know it at the time, but SB is a "chain" with at least four that we've encountered on our neighborhood walks. As it turned out, it's not necessarily a "vegan" restaurant: they've got two plant-based items on their entire menu. Jay went with the avocado toast; I decided to checkout the funghi toast. Both dishes were beautifully presented at arrival. I can't speak for the avo toast; however, my funghi toast was very, very good -- up to a point when the mushrooms simply became overwhelming. For what it was, I'm glad I tried it; however, I'm thinking the avocado toast would've been a better choice. Service was efficient with a "call" button; otherwise, not much interaction with the wait-staff to check on things. Americano café was good to cut through all that funghi funk. I can't say we'd back again (in light of the very limited options for vegan/plant-based), but it was open and that was that....

Okay with Only 2 Vegan Options - Edit
I stumbled upon Seventh and thought I’d give it a shot since they had vegan options. When we arrived, the staff was super friendly and we were seated right away. They gave us a QR code for the menu, and we could order by pushing a button on the table. After perusing the menu, we noticed they only had two vegan options: ‘Billie’ and ‘Funghi’. I opted for ‘Billie’ because it sounded like avocado toast. Even though the restaurant was packed, our food came out in about 10 minutes. The toast had a really hard crust, but other than that, it was pretty good. The only thing that was a bit of a letdown was the granola. It was just a tiny sprinkle of granola that you couldn’t even taste, let alone eat. I thought it would be a small bowl of granola. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming, and the staff was friendly but not overly attentive. Why should they be when you have a button to call them over? Oh well, it’s just a different generation.

Decent brunch that - Edit
Trendy restaurant that seems to specialize in brunches, hence the name. Whilst they serve dead things they do a nice sideline in plant based.
