Serves meat, vegan options available. Traditional ramen shop in Shibuya where the menu has a veg section offering a few kinds of vegan ramen bowls: shio (salt), tomato, and soy sauce. Order at the terminal outside, then give your ticket to the waiter inside. Open till early morning on Fridays and Saturdays. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-5:00am, Fri 11:00am-6:00am, Sat-Sun 7:00am-6:00am.

Don’t understand the positive reviews on this one. We went as 1 vegan, 1 vegetarian and 1 meat eater. Both veggie bowls were left unfinished and mine weirdly had a background flavour of polystyrene which was genuinely concerning. Another big point against them was the fact that for the same price (¥1750!) the meat eater had a bowl with both ham and a chicken cutlet - ours didn’t even have tofu! Just a salty bowl of overpriced plastic tasting noodles with some simple veg. Really annoyed we wasted a meal and money here.

Good variety for vegans - Edit
Most ramen places only have one vegan option, but they had four soups to choose from: salt, soy sauce, miso, spicy miso. The spicy miso was so good and not really spicy. Or personally, it wasn't spicy at all. Just right! They also have orientatal vegan option.

Tasty vegan ramen and gyoza in a traditional setting - Edit
We had the vegan spicy miso ramen and vegan/gluten free gyoza (the spicy miso broth can be made hotter on request and gluten free noodles are available). The gyoza were tasty and the outside nice and crispy. The spicy miso ramen had a richer, more robust flavor than any vegan ramen I've had before, and the noodles were al dente. The small restaurant stays busy, but seats turn over quickly (a sign says you can stay for 40 minutes). Staff were efficient and welcoming during our visit.

Wir hatten das spicy Ramen und die Gyoza. Beides war sehr lecker und authentisch. Die Bestellung ging sehr einfach auf englisch an dem Automaten vor dem Restaurant. Das Restaurant war auch typisch japanisch-klein, schnell und freundliche Mitarbeiter! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

This place was great for us because we are traveling in a party of two vegetarians and one meat eater. They had meat options, oriental vegetarian, and vegan. Saw some gluten free options as well for those looking for them. I thoroughly enjoyed my spicy miso ramen!

Read moreYou pay outside in the machine first and then you give your ticket to the staff. Plenty of vegan options. You can add or remove ingredients. Noodles were not fresh though. You also get free water. Staff spoke some English and was quick.
I was just not very impressed by the ramen itself, it was a tad too salty and tasted too much of smoke flavour. I think it was my least favourite ramen I ate in Tokyo.

Vegan ramen are /- ¥400 more than meat ramen, but they dont even contain a source of protein like tofu… at least the spicy miso one not. The ramen was very nice but for that price I really would like some protein. the gyoza were nice too. and it’s nice to go eat here with non vegan friends

Best vegan ramen in Tokyo - Edit
This was my favourite vegan ramen I had in Tokyo. Great location and big portion in a small and traditional restaurant. It was easy to order outside from the kiosk in English and other languages with vegan food clearly marked. Gluten free food also available.
