四季村蔬食自助餐, or "Four Seasons Vegetarian Buffet," is a typical style vegetarian buffet eatery that offers lots of veggies and meat-alternatives. Say "wǒ shí quán sù" (我食全素) and staff will help you choose the vegan items. Take what you'd like, then pay by weight. Complimentary soup. Clean up after yourself once you're done. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-1:30pm, 5:00pm-7:30pm.

Nice little Taiwanese buffet - Edit
四季村蔬食自助餐 is a buffet chain around Taichung, and the food options are typical of a buffet here. Lots of veggies, mock meat options, one or two tofu dishes, rice, and soup. It's about 100 NT for a very full plate of food. Make sure to ask them which dishes are 全素 if you are vegan.
