Great vegan food in Ibiza Town - Edit
We called into Simbiosis, in Ibiza Town, for lunch. This is an all vegan place. I got the daily macrobiotic special (I asked what it was, but the waiter advised it would be whatever the chef decided to come up with) I decided to take a stab in the dark and get a surprise. The special came with alkaline water, soup, pickled beetroot slices, vegetables topped with sprouting legumes, short grain brown rice topped with something (not sure what it was but it was tasty) greens & some Seitan slices with sauce. I got some apple cake also. The food was all great. Definitely my sort of place to eat.

The location is really beautiful and the staff Is friendly and pleasant however the service was really slow and we expected something Better. We shared mixed starters (17€) quantity and quality could be improved.

the vibe was super cute and I think if you’re close by you should go (but prob wouldn’t travel for it). The ginger drink was good and the mushroom risotto was also good! Also has the coconut cheesecake which was also good!

Very cute place, ok service, however during my visit only about half of the menu was available that by itself was disappointing, from the available items I was advised to have a burger that unfortunately was below average price/taste wise, if you choose to have it ask it with no "cheese" because it's quite disgusting. Beer was good though.

really nice restaurant in a square by the wall of old ibiza. Great vibe with amazing DJ in the background, the lasagna was great as the natural Blanco wine! Tiramisu is a must and I'm Italian!

This place is exceptional. It’s centrally located. ‘OST/all the seating is outdoor in a street of restaurants close to the castle. The staff are lovely, always smiling. The food is brilliant. We had croquettas to start: amazing. Loved the lentil kofta in coconut curry sauce. My friend had the rice noodles, also delicious (although my tip to the restaurant is: add some protein , eg some nuts or tofu).

En un ambiente de tapeo y fritangas varias se agradece un lugar tan acogedor y que además ofrezca alimentos de origen local, de temporada y de primera calidad. La verdad, no entiendo las malas críticas a una cocina tan creativa y hecha con tanto amor y cuidado. Saludable y vegano 100%, pero además un placer para gusto de todos los paladares, que puede dejar sin palabras a cualquier carnivoro empedernido. La carta es muy amplia y muchos de los platos y postres aptos para celíacos. Que más se puede pedir?

The food here was terrible. The burger was burnt on the outside and mush in the middle. The koftas were soggy lumps of lentils. The potatoes were raw and the rice undercooked. Would have complained but it was literally every aspect of the food that was just horrible. There was no love in these plates at all. I hate to leave bad reviews but this place was all style over substance. Did I mention it cost us 40 Euros too. Terrible... avoid!
