Very Delicious / Nice quiet Place - Edit
I like this place very much. It is in the middle of the town but is on the backside to the main street. So it is very good to relax and to injoy the food.

Highly recommend the hummus trio starter - too amazing
Spicy koftas - out of this world
And desserts - they change them so enjoy it if it’s delicious- it might not be there next time
No matter how full - we make room for them.
Hibiscus drink very different and tasty.
Simbiosis - don’t change a thing - even the music is good x

My daughter and I visited Ibiza in July (2018) and had a four or five meals at this little restaurant. We loved this place.
Read moreAll meals are homemade and as far as I could tell everything was vegan. The croquettes, the burgers, the carrot and chocolate cakes, the salads, the risotto... It was all delicious. And the portions were quite generous! The setting is lovely as are the staff. Friendly and quirky just as I like it. We were a little bit in love with everyone there. The red wine was very good as well. It's not cheap, but not too expensive either for what you get.

Small and quaint vegan restaurant in Eivissa. Really nice menu with a good choice at a very good price. Food was fresh and plates were copious. Had a beautiful cake for dessert as well. Staff were attentive and friendly.

All-vegan deliciousness at Simbiosis! We had the (raw) pad Thai and the Simbiosis burger which were both amazing, fresh, healthy, home-made - which made it impossible to eat the macrobiotic way (we were inhaling our food, so good). We had the fruit crumble for desert which didn't look all that but was super tasty as well. Definitely recommend to go and try everything on the menu!

I went to Simbiosis twice during my holiday in Ibiza. Both times were good, but the second time I guess I've been more lucky: the croquetas (veggiesballs) and the hummus were amazing, as well as the rice with curry lentilsballs!
Read moreThe first time I had the mixed Mediterranean dips (hummus was still great, but the aubergines paté and the felafels were nothing exceptional) and a good plate of noodles.
Prices are higher than those of your usual vegetarian place (for instance, 7.50 euros for a smoothie, and main dishes costs between 12 and 16 euros - tapas are cheaper), but if you choose wisely you can still eat with 10/15 euros!
Then, the site is really cool, and staff is friendly. Music is good too!!!

I've realized that since I'm vegan, my expectations when eating out got so low and all I really want is a vegan option. But the food here was actually A M A Z I N G. If you don't like your meal too oily doe, tell them because my veggies were soaked up in sunflower oil. But all in all 10/10 it was lit

Very yummy health-concious vegan food with a Spanish/local/organic touch. The outside seating area is beautiful; there seems to be no indoor seating. There are macrobiotic specials, raw items, and "bio-coctails".

Really delicious vegan food served here. The restaurant is cosy and relaxed, it has a nice laid back atmosphere, situated in a pretty square in the old town. The only niggle that I had is that the portion sizes are small - I had just spent a week in a resort where all I had to eat was salad every day and I was so excited to finally be able to eat a hearty cooked vegan meal. There wasn't enough food on my plate to fill me up. Although the food was fantastic quality and very tasty.

Lovely ambiance, just a stones throw from vara de rey. Lovely handpainted decor, a really hippy and happy vibe. The options are varied but feel that the portions are not worth the price. Service was a bit slow but there was only one waiter. I love that there were RAW options too! Very rare to find here.
