I am low-key addicted to Sipote! Their burros are great, I love the fact that they are huge and you can choose healthy options such as quinoa or brown rice instead of white rice. Depending on availability, they might also offer the option to switch to a whole wheat tortilla instead of a regular one for no additional charge. They do charge extra for adding crispy sweet plantain chunks, but it is worth it! I love the chipotle and the habanero sauce, they add so much flavor and spicyness.
Read moreI also really liked the soup, the base is vegan and you can add any of the ingredients such as beans and roasted peppers to make it really filling.
Beware that only the red beans are vegan, the black beans are not! Usually staff will know this and tell you, but sometimes the newer employees don't.
The corozo juice and orange juice also taste great and very refreshing. All in all this place is a huge winner for me: fast, relatively affordable, healthy, protein rich food and good sized portions.

Stumbled upon this place while trawling [censored]án looking for decent options. We had vegan burritos which were nice and filling. Tacos and nachos available too, plus salads. Ask staff for the vegan options and they'll be happy to explain.
