Konzept: Verwirrend. Was haben Sissi & Franz mit Hannover zu tun? Und was haben Burger mit Sissi und Franz zu tun? Abgesehen von ein paar Standards (Käsespätzle, Kaiserschmarrn) ist die Karte wenig heurig.
Happy Cow lässt 5* nur für rein vegane Restaurants zu. Wirklich exzellente Restaurants, die auch nicht-vegane Speisen anbieten, können maximal 4* erreichen.
Hier hätte ich insgesamt 4* gegeben (wg dem Service). Angesichts dieser Tatsache aber dann halt nur 3.

Austrian flair - Edit
Burger restaurant with austrian flair. They have around 5 vegetarian and 5 vegan burgers, I already tried some of them and they are okay. Not bad but not really great (I prefer more meatlike pattys, they are all very soft). The indoor decor is really nice in a austrian mountain hut theme.

I liked the food, but it was too loud for me - Edit
I liked the food and that you can find all of the info (the menu, a virtual tour of the place, and even the option to make a reservation) on their website. I also liked that they were good at enforcing the 3G rules and asking you to check into their contact tracing. However, they had very loud music playing, so that I couldn't have a good conversation with my friend, and that sadly made the experience less pleasant.

Die Burger haben wirklich geschmeckt . Leider ist es wirklich sehr teuer und man muss alles extra zahlen Sogar Ketchup zu den Pommes kostet extra 🤔

Decent but expensive food, friendly but inexperienced staff - Edit
I don't like spicy food. So I asked whether the "Ferdinande" vegan burger was spicy, I was told that it wasn't, and I ordered it. My companion ordered the "Charlotte" vegetarian burger.

The food and drinks arrived quickly.
The lemonade was VERY sweet, and the portions were rather small, considering the high price.
Turns out the burger WAS spicy. Not VERY spicy, but as someone who is very sensitive to it, it was almost too hot. It was also oddly sweet, as was - according to her - my companion's burger.
The fries were okay, nothing much to report there.
Since the small portions had not filled us completely, we ordered two "Blaue Bernadette" blueberry muffins for dessert, which were not bad, but again EXTREMELY sweet. I had to drink some of my companion's water to dilute it a bit…
I won't be coming here again, even though the burgers themselves are pretty decent.
Pros: Decent vegan & vegetarian burgers, Friendly staff, Food arrives quickly
Cons: No vegan desserts (as far as I can tell), Staff doesn't know the details about the meals, Everything is too sweet

3 vegan and 5 vegetarian burgers - that's quite a lot options for a meat-place. my boyfriend and i shared two vegan burgers:

- "Helene" with a Bulgur-patty, pear, caramelised walnuts and avocado
both were delicious, especially the taco patty stuck out to me though as it was so crispy and not as soft as usual vegan pattys.
fries were really good too.
my boyfriend (he's vegetarian) had a milk shake and loved it. prices are fine as food is great quality and it's right in the city centre.
their drinks (lemonades and ice teas) are really really good as well!
service was excellent!
can't wait to be back!!
