Hearty Breakfast

Had the Vegan Bestest and Vegan Kale'n'it Burrito, both were fantastic. Their donuts were all vegan as well and amazing.

Pros: Seasonal outdoor seating , Friendly staff, Many vegan options

Cool space with options

Indoor and outdoor seating. Nice staff. You order at the front and can sit. They will clean up your plates. I had the vegan bestest sandwich. I didn’t realize the sub was “ketchup jam” I am not a fan of ketchup or jam so that affected my tastebuds. The donut was ok but not incredible

A let down

I had high hopes for this place, but it was a let down for sure. I ordered the vegan green + jam and added vegan sausage and vegan cheese and asked for no kale. It took a long time to deliver the food, and I got a sandwich with no cheese, and no sausage, WITH kale. The sandwich was almost 15 dollars with the extras and it turns out it is a half of a sandwich! I sent it back and they made another one this time correctly, but now the bread was not toasted while it was on the first try, and the cheese was just a sprinkle of some sort of grated cheese that was not melted at all. I think they were trying to make it quickly because my wife was waiting with her food. It did taste good, but they got it wrong, and 14 bucks for a half a sandwich seems outrageous. My wife got a vegan burrito and after she ate it she said she thinks it was real egg and real cheese. I guess the good news was hers was a reasonable size. I for one won't be going back as I do not trust them to make vegan food.

Pros: Food tasted good, The location is nice

Cons: Could not get an order right, Questionable if they get vegan right, Way overpriced

Best breakfast sandwich I've ever had

Go here and get the "vegan bestest sandwich"
Order 1 vegan cake donut and you'll probably get an extra one for free

Worth finding when in Chicago

Great spot with delicious coffee and tea. Be sure to try their Dirty Chai. We had the “It”s easy being green” breakfast sandwich and highly recommend it.

Pros: Great service

Vegan breakfast sandwiches, donuts and coffee

Tried the “Holy Trinity” which included a drink (I got a yummy butterscotch latte) vegan donut and a scrambled egg sandwich with sourdough bread and chipotle mayo. I picked up a crabapple kombucha drink and three donuts. The donuts are made with apple cider.

yummy but vegan donuts sell out quickly

When you get vegan food there it's usually really good, but the past times I went the vegan donuts were always sold out.

Pros: donuts

Cons: availability

Vegan Pizza to Die For

I’ve returned to say: the vegan parm on their pizza is SO GOOD. That pizza was just so so excellent. Plus! They offer a take-home-to-cook-later type of set up for some of their pizzas.

NOT GOOD FOR VEGANS

if you’re vegan do not here! they ALWAYS mess my order up, and i order things their menu labels as “VEGAN” (they do all caps!) and is always egg instead of tofu (like it says in description) or is otherwise covered in ham or real cheese for unknown reasons?
we wanted to support them, they just aren’t a good spot for vegans.

I basically bought the whole menu. Donuts and coffee cake and vegan breakfast sandwiches and tofu scrabbles and foccocia bread and iced chai ❤️☀️🌈 everything was incredible and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back

love!

Their doughnuts (all vegan) are sooo delicious and I think the pricing is really fair. The doughnuts are pretty small so you'll want more than one! You can get 2 doughnuts and a small coffee for $5.

Pros: good prices

Cons: limited hours/close early
