Love Smoothies

I always love smoothie king and my favorite smoothie happens to be vegan by default, the Daily Warrior, which is like if a PB&J were a smoothie. The smoothies are filling, delicious, and convenient to drink when going about your day.

Any smoothie can be made vegan upon request by replacing the Gladiator protein (from milk) with pea powder protein. Although primarily a smoothie place (drinks and bowls), they do sell a small selection of fruit and nut snacks as well as their new “Power Eats” that have some vegan options (like avocado toast). Not sure if their hazelnut spread is vegan or contains milk.

Pros: Convenient, Any flavor can be made vegan

Cons: Less protein when replacing with pea protein
