Cool atmosphere, great drinks, and delicious food - Edit
Awesome shot that I plan to go to again and again. Creative flavors, customizable entrees, and a fun drink menu. We went on a weeknight and the mood was friendly & not crowded. Dishes came out in sharable portions, and we had plenty to take home for leftovers. VERY reasonable prices. Give them a try!

Apparently 3 stars is only Fair but didn’t quite rise to Very good. The staff were great and was a nice enough place. I prefer more veggies and less TVP but the flavor was good.

If I could give it 5 stars… - Edit
I would, but Happy Cow - understandably - only allows you to give 5 stars to fully vegetarian or vegan places. Soi 3’s exterior is modest, but everything about this place is great, especially the food and the service. Their take on street-style Thai food is delicious and they clearly delineate which options are vegan or can be made vegan (a total of 6 dishes as of August 2023). The purple thai eggplant is particularly tasty if you like spicy food, and their vegan larb is fantastic. The staff is very friendly, and super helpful when it comes to vegan questions. The interior has a fun vibe. We liked it so much the first time that we went back again two nights later.
