Laksa!!! - Edit
Laksa has some of the most flavorful vegan dishes in the city! Chef Lin is so kind and accommodating. Just make sure you specify you want the vegan option of a dish and request tofu. The portions are good sized and fairly priced.

Good Spot - Edit
Good spot with some good vegan food options. I recommend the peanut sauce bowl from the first vendor on the left - yummy. Just be careful when ordering some things - I went for a cauliflower tortilla and there was cheese added to it as the chef wasn’t sure what vegan was. Make sure to clarify! Lots of great options for everyone in a central location.

Cute market, some options - Edit
St Roch Market is definitely worth visiting! They have a bunch of vendors inside of the market. I ate at Juice NOLA and had a really good quinoa bowl and my friend had a juice. I hear that a lot of the vendors will make vegan things by request.
