Delicious Vegan Ramen on a Chilly Day

I visited on a cold winter day and was welcomed and seated by the attentive wait staff right away. I started with the Edamame, which was perfectly salted with coarse ground salt, adding a pleasant crunch to the soft texture of the beans. For the main dish, I chose the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen. The portion was generous, and I was pleasantly surprised by the kale noodles—despite not being a big fan of kale, they had a mild flavor that didn’t overwhelm the dish.

Although many ramen places seem to offer only a spicy vegan option, this ramen was the mildest I’ve encountered. I noticed there were no chili oils or Sriracha on the table, so I assumed there might be an extra charge and didn’t ask.

Overall, the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen was a delightful blend of flavors and textures. I hope they expand their vegan offerings in the future, particularly in the rice bowls or Tokyo curry bowls section, to provide more variety.

Would definitely recommend it for a comforting meal, especially on a chilly day!
