Abbiamo provato a prendere due piatti di zita al ragu vegano ci hanno portato del pomodoro con sedano e carote per giunta con una ciotola di parmigiano !!!! Tutto di pessima qualita , l’acqua nella caraffa tre euro i coperti 2,50 l’uno . La spiegazione del piatto vegano è che il seitan si era sciolto in cottura . The place is alright. The food was good, but not amazing. We got friarielli and bruschetta for starters and they were really nice. The vegan seitan ragu in turn had some rancid peas and one sad piece of seitan in it. The tomate sauce was good though.

Small little shop which offers traditional Ragu with Seitan instead of Beef. It tasted fine, but I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't much Seitan in the dish, it was more like a sauce with vegetables. There are no seats, but some tables where you can stand and eat.

Yes, there's vegan ragu and it's finally a bit of protein in the overall carbs centered napolitan diet, but it's just a few sad little chunks of seitan in a below average tomato sauce. The pasta is okay. It gets served on plastic plates and there is no place to sit down. You can definitely have better food for the price.

I checked after your comment. The menu says "ragù vegano (vegan ragù)", with the ingredients on side, so I don't have any doubt about it. Moreover when something is vegetarian it's written down "vegetarian" and they also have a dish with "ragù veg and (ricotta, provola,...) cheese". So I guess when it says "veg" we can rest assured ☺️
