Delicious, well-seasoned, perfection!! I’ve been back six or seven times since my first visit in April!😋 I order the four vegan birria tacos (they’re made with jackfruit) with all of the toppings — onion cilantro vegan cheese, and they come with vegan consommé and vegan creamy jalapeño sauce🔥 they’re sooo good!! They also have vegan ramen and vegan birria grilled cheese (that I haven’t tried yet) that I think are made with the same flavors so they’re probably delicious too

Their food truck location is in Third Ward near Green Seed Vegan, and they have outdoor seating and games, with the pink branding and clear signage— ordering online is a breeze, and it’s best to check their Instagram for current hours

Pros: Flavorful, Consistent

Cons: No vegan desserts…yet!, Not open every day
