Upscale is the right word - Edit
An expensive restaurant to start with. With two persons, we paid 155€, so there's that. I wouldn't want that, but the 1 paid so I went along. So if money is no issue, what you get is reasonable for that budget type of restaurants.
Read moreThey have one vegan option per course, or they can make you a 4/5/6 course menu by the chef which can also be vegan.
I think De Kas in Amsterdam is better for a fancy restaurant, but the Bishop isn't bad. If money isn't an issue. Oh and also has an expensive and non-cheap wine menu.
I'd say 2,5 stars. Let's be generous and round it up to three, because I dare not to say the 1 paid so much money for a 2-star review.
Pros: Vegan options , A big wine menu if you're into it
Cons: Expensive , We paid €155 for two persons
