It's 2024...No Vegan Food Options?! - Edit
I stopped in here before boarding the train in Albuquerque, primarily because they were close to the train station, and I needed my caffeine fix 😁

Cons: No Vegan food options

Albuquerque is a little tough, or at least I found it to be so when I was last there about five years ago. If you get a chance to try a Flying Star (there are several) I find that place really cute and fun.

Too bad! Maybe things have gone downhill since I was last there but when I was in my 20s that was my go-to hangout the summer I lived in Abq. I hope the rest of the trip improves food-wise!

Very friendly folks, has three types of milks that are plant based! Good espresso too!
