No vegan food, limited vegetarian options - Edit
The restaurant has no vegan options on the menu any more. The waiter didn’t know about any vegan dishes when asked. Some vegetarian options like grilled vegetables w/ w/o goat cheese however are available.

Apart from the view of the mountains and the city, you will find quite an extensive cocktail menu and a few nice vegan dishes.

The food was delicious, and we didn't have to wait long at all. Not that the wait matters when you have a nice view of Vitosha, but it does when you're hungry.
The cauliflower steak was the best of the ones we tried, super juicy with a great sauce. The spelt noodles and the sautéed veggies were also on point and very flavourful.
Staff were very forthcoming and knowledgeable about veganism.
In addition to the food, the cocktails were a nice touch and you can really enjoy a lovely evening here on the rooftop terrace.
Prices are totally adequate and even on the cheaper end of things, considering what you get. Having a dedicated vegan page in such an establishment is not the rule in Bulgaria (yet).
I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you happen to stray away from the center, it just might be a good idea to call ahead to make sure you get a nice table with a view.
