Obvious beach choice - Edit
This review reflects the choices given on the beach. This is not the best vegan restaurant in Hoi An but it is an amazing beach option. We went two days.
Read moreWe tried the claypot tofu mushroom, summer salad, garlic bok choy, and fries with homemade mayo. All were delicious although smaller in size.
The food takes a lot of time to arrive (even when not busy) and service is quite unattentive so you have to search for the staff in order to get served. Prices are decent to be a beach place and you can use the sunchairs after your mean without having to buy more.
Pros: Beach front, Cozy
Cons: Price on higher end, Service

Favourite Vegan Place in Hoi An - Edit
The staff are super lovely and made us feel welcome as soon as we entered! Beautiful vibe right on the beach for breakfast lunch or dinner! The lady who took our order remembered everything we ordered and was super flexible with any adjustments requested (such as no noodles in the rice paper roll to make it more keto etc). The food is super well thought out and crafted! We were completely nourished and satisfied, they just understood what works!

Amazing experience and food - Edit
We absolutely loved this restaurant. The story behind this family decision to go vegan is on itself worth visiting and supporting. We ate pancakes which were original and delicious and filling. The smoothies were also great and fresh! The prices are higher than other restaurants but so is the quality of the experience. Still a lot cheaper than most westerners pay in their home countries. #Veganuary

Awesome local, some food great other just ok - Edit
This location doesn’t get better, on the sand and a beautiful view. (See pic)
Read moreAwesome for any drinks: coffee, alcohol, smoothies, etc.
The food is hit or miss.
We order 9 things (party of 6, with 4/6 being teenagers and children so we always get a bit of everything)
Awesome: red curry main, wrap/rice basket app (see pic), breakfast burrito, spring rolls, fries (way too over priced but good nonetheless)
So-so: chic pea sandwich-needs something like avocado added to elevate it, the concept is cool, (the chic peas are in fridge strings), tofu n’chips, banana fritter and choc mousse, choc mousse,
Not worth it:
Yogurt and fruit dessert: none of it was good
Pina colada (what were we thinking ordering those anyway?)
Buddha bowl: they put some pasty sauce on it that is not good so if you order it just get all sauce and dressing on the side and decide for yourself
Sweet staff.
Definitely worth it, I would go with curries or the breakfast menu, seems to be their strong suit.
Pros: View, Staff, Curry
Cons: Desserts, Bowls

Great name and story - Edit
As per the title, love the story behind the place. Unfortunately the food was nothing to write home about and the prices were up there. Still enjoyed it though and it still gets four stars for the fact it's an all vegan restaurant right on the beach. Definitely worth visiting if in the area.

Vegan Fisherman - Edit
The Fisherman is a refreshing little vegan find among a whole heap of seafood restaurants along An Bang beach. There is plenty to choose from, with both Vietnamese and Western cuisine options. From my experience, the Vietnamese options were tastier than the other options on the menu. I ate here twice during my stay, the first time ordering the Fresh Spring Rolls, Phò and the Tofu Mushroom Claypot which were all super delicious, the second time I ordered the burrito and didn’t feel it was anywhere near as flavoursome as the Vietnamese dishes. Friendly staff and great location.

Good location, subpar food - Edit
The best thing about this restaurant was the location. Crispy potatoes (breakfast) had only a few potato cubes, of which none were crispy. Bread for burger was stale, sweet potato fries were good though. Go to old town for some yummy vegan food

Wonderful beach bar/resto - Edit
Great location and a real relief to find a full vegan restaurant among the lot of seafood. The menu has a vast selection of mainly international dishes and it’s perfect for breakfast lunch dinner or just for some drinks and snacks. They also have really nice cocktails and an make them without syrups and sugar. The whole concept of the space is very nice and they offer some pottery and other products to support local charities.

Found this place on my last day in Hoi An and I wish I’d come here sooner! It’s amazing! Such a relaxing atmosphere and the food was delicious. I entered off the beach and smiling friendly faces greeted me. The smoothie bowl was so good. And the view is stunning

good food with a great view - Edit
Food was lovely, we had the zoodles w/ pesto and the money bags. Was a little surprised the zoodles came hot with cold avocado and tomato, the contrast was weird but the food tasted good. The banana fritters with chocolate mousse were okay but nothing special. Smoothies and mocktails tasted great!

Nice place. Food ok! - Edit
Nice place on the beach, lots of food and drink options. But for the price I expected the food to be tastier. It's not bad, but it's a little tasteless.

Come for the food, stay for the view - Edit
Like most Hoi An businesses in the aftermath of Covid, there were few patrons during my morning visit. I’d come with a full stomach, but enjoyed a lovely Vietnamese iced coffee with soy milk. The view was worth a million dollars, so I stayed longer to read and relax, eventually ordering the Vegan Pancakes. Delicious! Beautiful fresh mango, strawberries, and other seasonal fruits, lovely syrup. Topped it off with fresh mango juice. There’s quick access to umbrellas and beach chairs on the beach a few steps below, and several couples ordered their food to be delivered there.

Went here a few times during our stay. Some dishes like the mushroom and tofu in clay pot was really nice, others like the tomato tofu and falafel not so much. Also a little pricey considering the food, but understandable considering the location.
