Skip the bubble tea - Edit
The place is cool and has a nice vibe. Right on the lake front, the prices are quite steep, but they have live music in the evenings. I also love that they offer a variety of plant milks. We took coconut milk in our bubble tea, but the Boba was still hard and dry inside, and the taste of the Thai iced tea with honestly not that good.

Great music - Edit
I would say this is one of the more expensive places in Pokhara. Enjoyed a nice cocktail and vegan cake while listening to great performer. Live music every night

Loved the Vegan Tofu salad - Edit
Loved the vegan tofu salad ! Super delicious and the peanut sauce was amazing and it was a good portion and made me very full. Had an anti-inflammatory juice but honestly it was not that good. Wouldn't recommend that.

Pricey and small portions - Edit
For such a busy place i wasn't impressed...the food quality was so so, the portion was tiny for the price and the atmosphere was a bit boring. I've been going to Nepal for over 10 years, been staying in Pokhara for many months and had a lot more better food options. This place just caters to people who want "healthier" style, presentation and higher "quality" food.

Shame there aren’t more vegan options - Edit
Would be nice to see more vegan options on the menu, a lot of the items are also on the Vegan Way menu (practically next door). The smoothies are nice and they had vegan banana cake which was good.

Lost its touch - Edit
No longer vegetarian (serves chicken, fish and pork) and not as tasty! Much better to go to The Vegan Way - it is in the original Juicery location with a delicious menu and great vibes.

Not like it used to be... - Edit
Used to be a Pokhara favourite, bit seems to have lost its way when it moved location. Now serving various meat products, few vegan item available and they were out of nut and soy milks. No staff masked so not COVID safe compared to other locations who maintain masks when serving. Ps. Hammocks and general relaxed vibe seems replaced by a more generic cafe feel.
Read moreCons: No longer vegetarian only. Meat products, No vegan tea possible (no but or soy milks)

Had the classic freebie juice, my partner had the immune booster at the location under OR2K. Both fresh and tasty! Good portion size for the price too.

Delicious and lovely setting - Edit
Definitely on the pricey side but I'm weak for Smoothie bowls so I'm happy to pay a bit more. I had a bliss ball, a Smoothie bowl and a hemp hot chocolate and it was all really really good. Nice staff, lovely atmosphere and located with a lake few

Stunning Setting - Edit
This is a very popular place, no doubt in part due to its lakeside, garden setting - a really beautiful location.
Read moreWe visited a few times during our week in Pokhara, and one of the big bonuses here was the fact that they were serving vegan-friendly cake. The only other place we had found in town offering vegan cake was Ayurvedico. The chocolate orange cake was fab, as was the more rustic looking carrot cake.
I tried the BLAT sandwich - tofu “bacon”, lettuce, avocado and tomato - which was really good, and on another occasion I had smashed avocado on toast.
The people working here are very friendly and have an amazing memory for names. Highly recommended!
Pros: Many vegan-friendly options, Cake!!!, Beautiful space
Cons: Not 100% vegan, Doesn’t open late in the evening

Beautiful Cafe - Edit
We really loved eating in this place which has to be Pokhara’s most attractive cafe. There are a number of vegan options and most dishes can be veganized (I would prefer more labelled vegan options on the menu though).
Read moreI loved the salads here - the grilled tofu salad in particular. The food here comes in big portions. The prices are reasonable and service is always friendly.
Finally, Pokhara has many places with vegan options, but lacks good vegan cake! This place fills the gap - we ate delicious vegan chocolate orange cake and carrot cake during our stay. The coffee was great too.
Pros: Beautiful Space, Great Vegan Options, Friendly Service
Cons: Not all Vegan, Could do with a few more labelled vegan options

Great vegetarian/vegan food by the lake - Edit
Huge portion sizes, with fresh salads available which was a nice change after months of eating cooked food! Service is quick, and great location by the lake. I also come back here for Kirtan 7-9pm on Monday and Friday evenings which was awesome! Only downside.. there was some pottery ceramic in my salad...

Bliss - Edit
After weeks of momos and dhal I really missed some fresh veggies and this place has it all. Fresh salads with grains like quinoa and chia, veggie burger, green juice and very creative smoothies - the one with coffee, peanut butter and banana was excellent. The food menu is small, but they make it really well. Very peaceful and friendly setting, you can spend hours watching the lake and people go by. Definitely the best place on lakeside for health conscious people.

Vegan BLAT is so good! - Edit
I initially developed a weird grudge against this place for being so popular, but after we finally got to try it out, I get it 😂 Throughout our 6 week stay in Pokhara and walking past here nearly every day, the place was always packed and we thought we’d never get a chance to eat there. Finally one day we spotted a free table and grabbed lunch.
Read moreI had the vegan BLAT sandwich but they’d run out of avocado so replaced it with mushrooms, and the tofu “bacon” wasn’t very bacon-like, so it didn’t end up resembling a BLAT at all... but it was absolutely delicious anyways. Really fresh veggies and amazing crusty bread. My bf had the mushroom burger made vegan - they swapped the paneer for tofu. Staff had good knowledge of veganism and it’s nice that they offered to substitute the paneer instead of just leaving it off. The burger was pretty good but the side potatoes were soggy and the burger was really messy, my BLAT was better. Actually it was one of the best things I ate in our whole Nepal trip, which is saying a lot for a sandwich.
Pros: Fresh & delicious food, Moderate prices, Great vegan options
Cons: Food was a bit oily

Food wise - Edit
The good thing regarding the food options is that any option can be made vegan according to what i have been told. The vegan mushroom burger and tofu sandwich were ok, but it didnt make us satisfied as a meal. I guess its a good place for juice and to chill but not for a meal. The seating area is beautiful next to the lake and i love the kirtan they have every monday and friday.
Read morePros: Seating area beautiful, Next to lake, Kirtan amazing
Cons: Not a place for food

Beautiful ambiance ! - Edit
This is a really nice place to eat ! However, there are not that many vegan options I found, but the ones there are delicious! The portions are very generous and the people are so nice ! Also, there is a very nice view on the lake. Their smoothies taste too much like banana, but there is still a good variety of them. All of the smoothie bowls are vegan also. The price point is pretty good too! There are also some vegan desserts but I didn’t get a chance to taste them since they close super early.
Read morePros: Good prices, Beautiful view and place with nice people, Good variety of vegan options
