Ambitious concept, quite pricey - Edit
It's a restaurant in a hotel. The menu is ambitious and there are many vegan options. The ecological footprint is also always printed, which I have never seen before. We have been here several times on 'Friendsday'. It takes place every Tuesday and has a new topic every month. You can also get all the dishes vegan during this menu. The variety, the arrangement and the taste have been very convincing so far. The work in the kitchen here is of a high standard. Plus, you can always try new things. The price isn't exactly cheap, but in the end it's a 3-course menu that also includes an aperitif. I think the price is reasonable for that. The staff was always very friendly in a personal way.

Die Innovation Juicy Marbles! - Edit
Wir haben in „The Lobby“ zum ersten Mal das Ersatzfleisch Juicy Marbles (sowohl das Medaillon als auch die Rippchen) probiert und waren sehr begeistert. Das Produkt ist sehr authentisch und etwas besonderes.

Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und die anderen Speisen, die wir probiert haben, waren alle sehr hochwertig zubereitet.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch, dass sich auf der Speisekarte mehr vegane Gerichte befinden, als Speisen, die Fleisch beinhalten.

Interessant, aber teuer - Edit
Waren zum "Friendsday" veganen 3 Gänge Menü dort, das war zwar spannend aber nochmal würde ich deswegen nicht hin. Für "einfach nur essen gehen" ist es mir eher zu teuer und zu fancy.

Read moreEin Großteil der Karte ist vegan, außerdem ist auch der CO²-Fußabdruck vermerkt. Es wird zudem mit regionalen Partnern zusammengearbeitet.
Ein sehr modernes und schönes Konzept.
Durch diese Faktoren ist es nicht ganz preiswert.
Klasse wäre es, wenn es Smoothies oder Fruchtsäfte angeboten werden würden - oder wir haben sie auf der Karte einfach nicht gefunden - ihr könnt aber ja selbst auf der Karte nachsehen : )

We went for dinner on a Saturday. The atmosphere is nice, it feels a bit like a cruise ship.
Read moreThe menu is very small, there are two vegan options for main dishes. We had both. Both were very good. We als had a vegan desert, which was really good.
There was also a vegan option as a starter.
Be aware that this restaurant is a bit more expensive.
At the moment they have a special veganuar offer an there was a 20 percent discount on the vegan dishes!
