Great food and great service - Edit
Amazing menu. I wish I could have been able to try more things because everything looked great. The scramble tofu was seasoned perfectly and the pancakes were super light and fluffy.

Yummie lunch - Edit
We have been here for lunch and had mac 'n' cheese as well as the pulled 'pork' pretzel bun - 15$ each. It was so delicious so that we decided to have the fried banana ice cream as a dessert, although our stomaches were full. :D

The food was incredibly good. Had the Louisiana fried "Chicken" with mashed potatoes, gravy and coleslaw. Taste and freshness was amazing. Prize not cheap but absolutely worth it!

Huge Vegan menu which you can pick from with confidence (A novelty in Vegas) - Edit
I walked to the Modern Vegan from the Strip (Caesar’s Palace area) which took about 35 minutes. I was presented with a mammoth menu to choose from. I elected to go for the Chick’n Waffles and a side of Mac and cheese. Seen as sweet and savoury is not something we often mix in the UK I thought I would give it a try. It did not disappoint. Full of flavour and a real mix of odd flavours but when combined bizarrely worked well. Huge portion size, even I couldn’t finish it and I’m like a human Hoover. The vibe was nice and chilled and the staff friendly. Overall If you’re on holiday in Vegas this place is well worth a visit.

Wanted to like this place, but I didn’t - Edit
I thought the food was very mediocre. Ordered the Benedict off the breakfast menu and it was the weirdest yellow color of all time. Just think this place is overrated.

Huge diner-like menu - Edit
This place has an amazingly large diner-like vegan menu, with burgers (w/ pretzel buns), fries, waffles and much more.
Read moreI got the skillet #4 (grilled veggies, tofu scramble, potatoes), which was overall tasty, but the tofu part had no flavor (a bad sign for a vegan place) and the mac n cheese "baseball" which was fun to try. My friends loved their waffle dishes.
5 stars for menu & I'd definitely like to go again. 4 stars for taste of food. 3 stars for OK service (not super fast).
Pros: Enormous (all vegan) menu, Vegas-attractive staff

Fish and chips is absolutely amazing, as is their Beyond meat burger. Stuffed Avo’s are pretty special too. Well worth the trip off the strip, so pleased I found this place

Not the best food but nice dessert & cocktail selection! - Edit
The menu is definitely impressive! Large selection of comfort food, dessert, smoothies, juices, cocktails, shots... Nice to have the problem of what to choose😄The food itself I found a little fast food-y (without actually arriving particularly fast) and I got super full on the chicken quesadilla (didn't even have room for dessert or manage to finish it!) It was a pretty nice quesadilla although not the best I've had (that prize goes to Slice of Life in Sebastopol, CA). I came again the day after for a starter & dessert (the jalapeno poppers are cool) & cocktail (loving that Blue Hawaiian!)

Breakfast All Day!!! - Edit
First trip to Vegas as a vegan. Had an excellent 8:30 pm breakfast at TMV. Brought a non-vegan friend who thought the Mexicana was delicious. We had the potato skins for an appetizer and I had the breakfast burrito. It was very good. However, the "chorizo" was a little oily. May opt out of "meat" on burrito next time. Great, friendly service. We walked from the strip just for fun (it's too far to walk and not very scenic). Don't let the location fool you, it is a quality place.

Vegantastic - Edit
Plain and simple my wife got the Louisiana Chicken and Mashed Potatoes and I got the Stuffed Portobello Steak with grilled veggies. Our plates looked like some 5 star Michelin Chef kind of excellence and we couldn't have been more impressed with the taste. Absolutely everything was on point and the chef is a f$$%ing GENIUS. Love love love this place!!!!!!!!

So sad that it was terrible - Edit
We have traveled all over this country and this was one of the worst meals we’ve had... which is so sad, because we had heard such great things. We tried the queso dip which was actually totally decent and the best thing we ate. We got the chicken and waffles which was quite frankly trash.... everything was completely bland, the waffles weren’t fully cooked, there was basically no syrup on it, and had no flavor. Plus chicken and waffles on top of mashed potatoes is not good.... just terrible. Biscuits and gravy weren’t much better, again on top of mashed potatoes- whyyyyyy?????? No flavor, biscuits were cooked alright, but had bland gravy on bland potatoes. On top of all that, it’s ridiculously expensive.

Food is delicious, my friends are 100% vegan but few of us aren’t. It’s good for everyone, even if you’ve never tried vegan food before I would recommend this one since there’s so many options to choose from.

Great for Transition Vegans - Edit
Lots of menu options, generous portions and good service. I wasn't too fond of the meat substitute they use in most of their dishes. I had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and was expecting jackfruit but the meat substitute was not the texture I was expecting. The Philly... same thing. I would've preferred thinly sliced Portobello mushrooms, onions, green peppers.... Again, great for people transitioning to a vegan diet but for those of us who are past that point it wouldn't really hit the spot.

Eh, it's ok - Edit
I really wanted to like it! I've heard so many good things! It was fine, but we all tried each others food and there was something off about each one. We got the philly cheese steak, TMV club, v'eggs benny, mac n cheese side, and queso. The same cheese was used for the mac n cheese and queso which makes no sense. Those should have different flavors (which the cheese lacked). The hollandaise sauce was really mustardy and almost had a floral flavor, which was strange. Tried to eat just the potatoes and they were way too salty. The cheese steak was good, but the steak was thick and spongy, which wasnt what I was expecting for a philly. Peppers and shredded cheese made it good. The club didnt have much flavor. The tofu needed to be seasoned or something, it tasted like plain tofu, lettuce, and tomato.
Read moreMy advice would to be to play it safe and get waffles or a burger. Dont get anything with the cheese or hollandaise sauce.
Pros: Lots of options , Large portions
Cons: Doesn't live up to the hype, Cuts corners-same cheese for very different dishes

So-so food, poor customer service - Edit
I do my best to support plant-based eateries, but this one was a HUGE miss. They left the salad dressing off my salad and subbed Diet Pepsi for Diet Coke without notifying me ahead of time, so I chatted with grubhub about the issue. Lavanda called the restaurant on my behalf and was told that I needed to request salad dressing separately. Um, 1. the salad description listed salad dressing as being included, and 2. that's insane. So I choked down my dry salad with soda I don't like after nice Lavanda was lied to. 3 stars for so-so food, -3 stars for 2 problems with the order and terrible customer service. (But happy cow is giving them one star by default, so the LOWEST I CAN GIVE THEM IS TWO STARS, which they don't deserve.)

Huge Menu, Great Chicken and Waffles - Edit
TMV has a huge menu and so many things looked good. Despite all the tasty looking lunch items, I was there for brunch so kept my focus there. I opted for the chicken and waffles and that was a great decision. I received a big fried "chicken" patty sandwhiched between two thick waffles, served on top of mashed potatoes (!) with syrup and butter. It was extremely excessive but delicious.
Read moreMy husband choose less wisely and got Steak and V'eggs with roasted potatoes. It wasn't terrible, but the steak seemed like a bag of Gardein strips or something. Okay, but definitely not great. The scrambled tofu was also okay, but a bit bland and could have used some veggies.
We arrived around 11 on a Saturday and were surprised there was not a wait. The service was good. I will definitely try TMV again next time I am in LV.
Pros: Delicious and decadent chicken and waffles, Huge Menu, Nice atmosphere/service
Cons: Steak and V'eggs were underwhelming

The BEST - Edit
This place was so delicious. The menu is huge. We went on a Thursday and got the special which was a Big Mac..I’ve NEVER HAD A BETTER BURGER! We also got the Rancho which had the most crispy fried “chicken” I’ve had since being vegan. It was so good i went back for breakfast and got the chicken and waffles....Delicious! There’s no reason to visit any other vegan restaurant in Vegas because this place has it all.
