Amazing menu. I wish I could have been able to try more things because everything looked great. The scramble tofu was seasoned perfectly and the pancakes were super light and fluffy.

This was a nice experience while in Vegas. I was looking for a good place to have breakfast after a long night of partying and this place hit the spot. After reading their menu, I decided on the chicken and waffles. They were phenomenal! You get enough to fill yourself to the brim. I also ordered lunch to go while I ate the breakfast. I took the chicken wrap for my wife and the buffalo burger for myself. Both were equally delicious. Thank you Ivette (hope I’m spelling her name right), the manager, which personally came to see if everything was good. Shows real dedication to the restaurant customer satisfaction having that gesture of gratitude. I highly recommend this place while you’re in Vegas.

To get to the point of why 2 stars:
Read moreService- the server couldn't make a recommendation which is part of her job; our food came out late and way after other people who were seated after us got there food.
Menu- the kitchen was backed up and can't seem to handle such a large menu
Food- lobster sandwich was possibly made with heart of palm that was way too salty. Corn dogs were actually really really good! So were our alcoholic becer
Portion and price- too big and too high; appetizers such as corn dogs come too big (4 whole corn dogs). They should cut the price and the portion so people can afford the food and be able to try more without getting stuffed. Overall, the prices on the menu are too expensive for the experience and the location which is not the safest area and a bit run down.
TMV is new and maybe with a little time they will improve, I hope. Great items on the menu I would look forward to trying in 6months when I give them another chance.

This food was delicious but the service; here is my feedback: we were the first ones there in the morning when they opened. the skillet came out 12 minutes before the waffle. One waitress came by and said it was because the food is made to order and we only have one waffle iron. The next server blamed it on "new cooks". Why can no one take ownership for the issue? My silverware was placed on a dirty silicone mat when they took my skillet away to keep it warm. I asked for new silverware and they asked me why? Gross! You know I had a very bad experience but I had no "Service recovery". Nothing was comped on my bill. This is the second time I tried eating there and I won't be back again. I hope that they hire a front of the house manager who can actually run a restaurant. They got the food but they cannot execute.

The menu is amazing and with a lot of choices. The food was amazing but the service was bad. The waiter let us sit at the table for a long time before checking on us and when he did he only came over to tell us he’d let us look at the menu for a few minutes and left. Although we had already been waiting for ten minutes and knew what we wanted. My food came out very early in comparison to my dads food which was way after I had already finished eating. The food was amazing but the service was iffy.

My husband and I loved the food. I had the Phyllis Cheese steak and my husband the Cowboy Burger. Both were delicious!! Sad that we don’t have anything like this in our hometown!

The menu has so many options and the most difficult part is deciding on one or two items! We ordered the Mac and cheese, cheese fries, Philly cheesesteak, and pulled pork pretzel sandwich. The pulled pork sandwich was heavenly. Food was delicious, great service, food came out quickly and prices were cheaper than food on the strip. SO GOOD!!

I was SO excited to try the food here as they have a huge menu! However their waffle machine was broken and they were out of the dessert I wanted, so my original meal choice was a bust. I ended up getting the eggs Benedict and the hollandaise sauce was all wrong. Far too mustardy and a very unappealing neon yellow color. The macaroni and cheese was swimming in a pool of separated oil. We also ordered the corn dogs and the batter was raw in the middle. The waiter was nice enough to remove that from the bill for us, so no complaints on the service there. Was just let down by the taste.

Best spot in Las Vegas BY FAR! Came here twice for a short weekend trip in Las Vegas. The menu is so fun! Tons of food and options and you can even order fun cocktails and drinks. The environment is casual and has a fun modern twist. Most of the staff is friendly, especially one who was able to help me with my tree nut allergy. You know who you are - you da bomb! ❤️

We’ve been looking for a vegan place that’s as great as one of our favorites in California and now we’ve found it. I had the Ruben sandwich and my husband had the Buffalo burger and needless to say it was great. The OMG dessert was magnificent the vanilla ice cream has a smooth light taste. I love it!

First all vegan restaurant anywhere near the Vegas strip and since I travel here frequently for conferences it is a lifesaver. The food, although, yes, mostly Gardein products, is delicious. Because my digestive system is sensitive to soy products like Gardein I opted for the “lobster” roll which I believe was either artichoke or hearts of Palm. Either way it was amazing. And if you tend to skip over the dessert menu, DON’T!! Their deep fried PB&J is one of the best things I have ever eaten. Picture a Monte Cristo minus the animal cruelty. I don’t know how they made the batter but WOW! Next time I might brave the Chickn and Waffles because it looks amazing, just didn’t need the digestive issues this trip. Thanks Modern Vegan! You rock Girl!

We spent quite a while in Vegas and visited many restaurants but this one was my favorite! Everything we had was so delicious! From the street it looks like a shady area but the inside is neat, clean, and has a fun atmosphere. When I found out their meat substitute was Gardein it helped us rule out a bunch of dishes because we had a good idea of what they'd taste like and knew we could make something similar at home much cheaper. But what we ordered we loved! The truffle mushroom soup was to die for! It was a bit expensive. I wish we could have afforded to eat there a few more times.

We just went for lunch after a workout in the hotel gym. So many good things to choose from! We both had smoothies; I had a chick’n burger; my wife a breakfast burrito. We couldn’t believe how much like real chicken it was. When you’re hungry and are craving, this is amazing. We need more places like this Vegas!
