Really great vegan options! - Edit
I would give 5 stars for my meal if I could! I got the vegan Thai wings, the vegan butter tofu, and vegan brownie. Everything was delicious and I will definitely come back next time I’m in Calgary. The owners are friendly and welcoming too.

Good option for folks dining with omnivores that must eat meat - Edit
The restaurant is not just plant based but a third of the menu is fully vegan. Appreciating how hard a fully vegan menu is for a restaurant in calgary (lots of meat eaters) it is still very accommodating for us.

We ordered the KFC bowl and the banh mi. The KFC bowl was incredibly flavoursome. The banh mi was huge but I felt it was missing some spice. Friendly service.

I've been going to Street Eatery for many years. It's a reliable spot for whenever I want to dine with veg or non-veg friends. The vegan choices are really good, and one of my favourites is the vegan banh mi with waffle fries. They also have awesome vegan milkshakes!

We tried several dishes and they we all delicious. The popcorn chickn was phenomenal, my nonvegan partner was worried at first that it was actual chicken.. The only disappointment was the brownie.

Stopped in for lunch and grabbed the Bahn Mi (I will travel back to Calgary for this). I also had the L.O.V.E. Milkshake which was good, but probably not worth the price. Also! The waitress wasn’t 100% sure if the icing was vegan, but gladly grabbed me the container so I check the ingredients! (It was vegan). Overall, great experience.

Mouth Feel Excellent - Edit
I ordered the Greens More and the Philly Cheesesteak. I thought the mushrooms and vegetables in the sandwich was rich and had a wonderful gravy flavour. And the cheeze was meaty and delicious better than most melted cheezes that I’ve had. As for the Greens More it had lovely dressing and the inclusion of the pea shoots really added an extra level of flavour. The highlight was the mouthfeel I absolutely loved the way the cucumbers were cut; they were cut like thin strips of crinkle fries but the way it played on my tongue was excellent. The biggest disappointment was the water. Unfortunately the water tasted stale and I didn’t finish my water.

If I could only eat one thing forever, it would be the Philly cheasesteak from here. The seitan, cheese and onions on the soft bun are just delicious. They have a $14 lunch deal which is awesome, and vegan wing nights too!

I had the cauliflower steak. It was absolutely lovely. My friend had the waffle falafel dish. We loved both the dishes, which were filling & tasty. We started with the vegan popcorn. What a lovely start.
