Lovely pub, nice food - Edit
It’s a great old country style pub with a nice beer garden. Only a stones throw from the lido and the beach. Clearly labelled vegan options on the menu whether it’s lunch or dinner. The coronation chickpea ciabatta was delicious.

A few vegan options on the menu including a burger a curry a mushroom and ale pie. Really tasty quick service but a bit expensive for what it is.

Improved food and menu - Edit
After a recent style and menu makeover, the quality of food and range of vegetarian/vegan options is much improved, and far better than typical ‘chain pub’ fare. They have a special Veg/Vegan menu, if you ask (most things are listed on the main menu, but the veggie menu has some different combinations). There are 10 main course meals, plus starters and salads and sides.

The only thing to fault is that none of the veggie dishes are included in the ‘special ‘ combinations for 2 or 3 courses at a reduced price.

Very few vegan options, but the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The salad I had was very tasty, but that was pretty much all on offer.
